It happened to a friend a few days ago, he just got a new battleship, and was showing me and a corp mate what it could do, so we went to a belt, and found some rats, and he launched 3 cruise missiles, and then spit out a bomb, it hit me AND a stray cargo container, and he got concorded, it kinda sucked to because my corp mate felt sorry because they were the one who asked his to show what his ship could do, and he lost it, oh and btw, he didnt have insurance, thats why it was so bad, the ROKH BS, 131 million, ouch.....

Intentionally moving in someone elses mission under cloak to get into your smartbomb range thus getting smartbomb damage is an exploit and petitionable.

By looting one of your wrecks he was flagged to you and you could of shot him for stealing from you, but he went around the game mechanics and decided to to loot from you so you would not get concorded and then head to your smartbomb so he would get aggro from you as well and he would be free to ransom you, or steal your loot from your wreck.

This is clearly an exploit and I find it hard to think a GM wont replace your stuff and give the guy who did it a warning.

If you dont get what you want from the first GM take it straight up the chain to the CEO or CCP until you get relief.

Dont worry about what the ebil pirate griefers say, they have nothing better to do but think of ways to get what you have and then complain when you outsmart them from getting it.
