I am curious. have pirates who are ever moving through 0.0 or lowsec in group ever been caught in gatecamps and fought the campers? or any other kinds of similar stuff?

I'd imagine it happens all the time... large fleet moving into 0.0 to attack a POS or something, the chokepoints (usually the entrance from empire to 0.0) are almost always camped but are usually only small gangs. Fleet jumps into 0.0, rapes the campers.

I recently crossed the pirate lines. Now I'm a full blown rp anti-pirate after my hawt pirate on pirate action. I think since this was a one time thing for me I should be able to have a re-trial in front of the council. Be advised this is being looked at! |

Ok, so if I ever go pirate I know to get to -10 very quickly so other pirates won't kill me.

Yes. Get -10 as fast as you can, and then sit outside of dockrange at a station. It's a sign that you wanna be left alone by other pirates and you're just waiting for that noobship to undock.

The 300 peole in assorted ships will be like "Holy crap, this is our chance to kill ten super-caps!" and will give up their loyalties for the killmail of all killmails. They won't even notice you. |

And another guy jumped in who was in a kestrel, both were 22km away. when suddenly my armor (which was at a little over half) went kaput and structure went kaput. When I looked at the killmail I found out it was a manticore. if only I new he was a manticore, then I could have killed him first. Lesson here, make sure you know EXACTLY the ships you are fighting.

did, just saw it as a kestrel because he locked me, so I didn't bother seeing his ship type. and I have return lock on, is this bad. my primary source of income is missioning so I keep it for that.

today's pirates are often odd. a corpie and me (hac and domi) attacked 2 red blinky mega gate campers 300km off the gate. not only did they only have smartbombs in highs (one after warping out before we got to him), they also had wcs installed and escaped at hull dmg <.< a pirate busy pirating, with wcs? no wonder his tank melted like butter :p |

A few months back when i was doing some pirating with a corp named infestation we used to have alot of pirate on pirate battles. One good fight I remember is when we spotted a 10 man M. pire bs gang that were all outlaws like us. The battle ended going down on a stargate it was just a good ol fashioned 10 on 10 bs slugfest, we ended up killing all 10 of them without losing any ships.
Aside from that i cant remember alot of good fights just lots of ganks and lots of carebears trying to blob the blinky guys.

sounds like a corp that is anti-pirate and pirate at the same time. and what was said before of pirates only attacking targets that don't shoot back, what if a pirate is hauling some stuff?
