CCP has found it in their great duties to ban my alt account Undeadsiren because of recieving funds for my selling LordLycos. http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=752554 They saiid I was receiving ISK for IRL money. LMAO.. Talk about stupid. The thread is there. the toon was transfered and they ban the account that recieved the funds. LMAO. Hey CCP, hope your reading this. You guys are a serious joke. What nimrod couldn't put that together???? They have chosen not to respond to emails in regards to "their" mess up. So just a FYI to any one. They arn't running with all the oars in the water. M

Just to be clear ive only owned this char for a couple of hours off the forums. The GM replied basically stating he would deal with it. I guess you got banned, GG.

I didn't ask them to do anything to you, I just said if these were ISK donations I didn't wanna be punished for it. I confirmed who the previous owner was aswell. Yes, but it's not the same as what he implied in the OP, that CCP mistook the fund transfer for the character sale as a RL isk purchase

They will re-investigate your petition for you. (But make sure you're innocent or I doubt they'll look too waisting their time by taking it all the way to internal affairs.) Secondly: if they were dodgy transactions, you'd never admit it to me. I rather trust GMs and be 100% safe than trust you tbh. Thirdly: I just re-read and you haven't even got one reply yet? If you got ISK from friend you would tell him so. If you indeed bought ISK from farmer you would also tell him so in fear of being petitioned. He was looking at possibly losing 3 billion ISK weeks/months into the future and he had absolutely no grounds in trusting whatever you say even if he pm'ed you. So he let GMs take care of it.

You report him, incase he is stealing him. If you went up and asked him - Hes not going to admit it is he? The police find out he had accidentally lost his key and he was just getting his bike back - No harm done, but least you were vigilant, because it could of been some little boys bike being stolen.
Kasarwe	Posted - 2008.04.20 02:17:00 - [28] Edited by: Kasarwe on 20/04/2008 02:21:30 hehe neither example is a good one appropriate example would be: you buy a car you suspect it was stolen because the seller looks kinda dodgy you don't ask the seller any more questions but report him to the police and let them investigate because you're afraid that you yourself will be pwned later on if indeed you are buying stolen property police investigate and jail the seller because somehow they decide that he indeed stole the car which is illegal (now in real life the police would also return the car to the rightful owner) this is about what he did - reported someone who he suspected was violating the EULA in fear that the GMs will get the wrong guy later on meaning they will take 3 bil out of his new character's wallet i did a similar thing some time ago - bought a character which received 2 billion from char named something like xsdjhkd - so i petitioned it and indeed got a response that it was bought ISK and appropriate measures have been taken - if i waited may be in two three months i would have logged on with -2 billion isk in my new char's wallet

But as you ask we'll answer a few of your points I sent 4 billion yes. In the space of 6 minutes i did not send (for example) 400mil 400mil 600mil 600mil 500mil 1500mil. Anybody would find random amounts adding up to a significant figure from a character which has since been deleted dodgy. I asked the people who know more about it then me (CCP) to check them. They checked them and found you guilty. Enough said. Report me if you like, but unfortunately I will be found innocent :)
