Idea is to give a second tier to shuttles with some obvious advantages but without any balance issues.
So, here is my proposal...
1 Mid slot
1 PG
1 CPU
Special ability: -99% CPU and -99% PG requirements on MWD. Light weight causes the MWD to run at 90% reduced cap cost.

Or we could just save everybody the fuss of fitting it and just give it a base speed of 5k/s without the need for a module

base speed of 600 without skills...
folds up nicely and fits in your pocket

What's wrong with a Slasher with T1 MWD, T1 iStab, T1 small cap battery? That costs about 100k.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

t2 shuttle, must have the ability to fit a loaded hauler into the cargo, until then my vote is no, since there are so many other viable options for what you describe, in the range of frigates. :)

umm no UNLESS they give the minmitar shuttle (trinity graphics ofc) the ability 2 use guns coz its a damn good looking ship, imagine if it had a few t2 200mm AC's --> minmitar shuttle plus a few ac's = Uber
