Can't seem to pull off the lofty.

Toreor	Posted - 2008.04.20 22:14:00 - [1] Having read posts about the lofty29 scam I decided to try it out for myself. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but after testing it I seem to get my rookie ships concorded. So I'm in corp A at war with corp B. I invite mr random player (called Mark) into a fleet with the person in corp A. I then invite the war target B in. Shooting Mark always results in the criminal act warning and a concording if I proceed. I then try it by using a character who is in an npc corp, then inviting Mark then A then B and opening fire. No joy. What am I missing out here? My hopes at any form of YARR have been a bit dented and these carebears are still getting away with it because im too much of a numpty to figure it out. Feel free to flame but anyone who could point me in the right direction would be good.
