And with only two hours till the scheduled hardware upgrade, CCP are going to be bothered expending the energy to fix this problem?

Managed to relog twice now with both accounts.
Had to make an extra relog for my other account since it didn't see Riddari flying about while Riddari could target it and have visual and all! (would have been really bad to get ganked that way, one player sees other but not vice versa).
Switching to long time skills just in case

Yeeah, I'm gettin the Black Screen for my main as well but I can get in with my alt. I just hope it gets fixed soon.

OK, I am in but I cannot finish my agent mission. The agent does not respond when I tell him the work is completed.

So if I cannot complete the mission then I am going to loose standing with my lvl 3 agent? If so then that is unfair - can I do anything about it?

you still have 24hrs to complete the mission from start time right?? servers shouldn't be down that long. *crosses fingers* You probably won't get the mission bonus though

Majority of the level 3 missions I've done have given you 24 hours to complete it. Can you remember if your mission had a 24 hour limit or something less?
If 24 hours, you should be ok even if you finish the mission after the server upgrade downtime. You won't get the time bonus, though.

I keep getting failed on the char activation on my char's who are in space, the ones docked are fine, it's as if space has vanished for me :)

90 minutes before extended DT and Eve decides to break down again, perfect timing! Remember a big hardware upgrade where the whole system was screwed off and on over a number of days and we all got some free time credited to us, just praying that this is not the case this time round
Still would give me a chance to catch up on my RL this weekend, so some silver lining...

Great, they just took the server down without any notice at all. And all I had to do was transport 20k of kernite to a station so I could build two Apocalypses :/

Hopefully they'll be back up again before the time DT was sheduled for, was in the middle of an important mission :(

really ****ed off..was 12 minutes to changing my skill to a long term one(i would not have been able to play for 24 hours) and was 5 mins from finishing up 4th agent mission of 4..so will lose 4 faction hits for failure.
Yay for european game companies screwing up...after dealing with anarchy online's, 6 months per patch idiocy..now eve online's a patch a night(although not too bad of an idea)...not to mention dropping their server down as normal when they screwed up and pulled plug an hour early..clearly forgetting that people were in middle of doing things..or needing to do something before the "expected" downtime.
Truly wish they would have got server working..booted them up for 30 mins to let people finish up their agent missions or get skills set...so the 12 hour(now probably more) downtime would be ok.
I've lost the patience for dealing with this stuff(maybe game developers/caretakers outta play other games while they work on their own..so they know what NOT!! to do to their game)..if i gotta deal with Anarchy Online type idiocy..i will be canceling very fast..and not looking back.
