I've had to contact (the admittedly very responsive - they need to be!) tech support three times to resolve issues. There have been other unscheduled downtimes too. I'm not sure Eve should charge their users so much for a package that so frequently falls over.

Please include the following information: your key code, a brief description of the error you encountered that resulted in the aborted registration, and proof of purchase in the form of a jpg file. You may fax your proof of purchase directly to CCP at +354-511-4998. (Note: This is not a toll-free number. Long distance charges may apply.) The question reference number, assigned when you contact customer support, should be included with your fax." This might not be necessary - check the FAQ and support section first. Hope this helps.

Murphy's Law that the disks needed didn't SHOW up the DAY of the Upgrade? Sounds like Murphy's management.

First EVE is about to open and then suddenly Gemini or somting opens and altile black window apears with two errors and there is nothing more I can do from there 1) Audio hardware acceleration not detected The sound system will use only software channels until you get at least 12 hardware channels to work on your computer.
