Ok heres my fit, its really only used for gatecamping in a gang, so i dont need a point or a web here goes.
8x Neutron Blaster Cannon II
XL Shield Booster II Shield Boost Amp II 2x Invul II Sensor Booster II with locking Script Cap injector II with 800's
2x Magnetic Stabsilisers II 2x PDU II 1x Damage control II
Rigs 3 shield amounr rigs.
The damage is good with the ship and becasue of the range bonus it can hit most ships as they uncloak, the problem i have is i really liked it when I had a 100MN MWD II on it, it makes the fitting tight and you have to drop down to ions.
My question is would use you this fit or go for a more passive approach with shield extenders fit an MWD and chew through lots of 800 charges.
The thing is with a huggin and a HICin gang you dont normally need to move. Any input greatly appreciated from people who have flown or know about the ship
taaa :)

You're pretty much right on. I've flown a very similar rokh except w/ core def cap sa***uard rigs. It all depends what you're going to be facing. As long as you've got competent tackle in your gang, that should do wonders.

Edited by: Stuart Price on 21/04/2008 20:19:25 Edited by: Stuart Price on 21/04/2008 20:18:57 Passive Blokh - MWD Variant
HIGHS: 8 x Neutron Blaster Cannon II (Null, Faction AM)
MEDS: 1 x 100mn MWD II 1 x Heavy Cap Booster II (800's) 1 x Invul Field II 3 x LSE II
LOWS: 3 x Mag Stab II 1 x DC II 1 x RCU II
RIGS: 3 x Core Defence Field Extender I
Gives around 30k shields, over 131k effective HP, all the shiny dps goodness (over 800 with faction AM) AND packs an MWD. Weak against cap warfare, tracking disruption and ECM. A properly fitted amarr gank bs will also blow you apart. Other than that, it's good to go.
Personally, for lowsec, I prefer a non-MWD variant swapping the MWD and cap booster for another Invul and an ECCM and the RCU for a PDS. Harder to jam, far harder to kill. If you're sat on the gate, you don't need an MWD. If they have stuff on both sides, an MWD wouldn't save you anyway. Same if one of them deaggresses to follow you through if you disengage.
170k effective hitpoints, comprising of 32k shields with good resists is a stonker of a buffer on something that spews out over 800dps. If you plan on staying on one gate, make a ninjawarp around 1000km off the gate and warp in once your tacklers call contact.

I don't know that I'd ever fly a blaster boat without a MWD.

^^
Anyhow, my contribution to the thread:
8x Neutron II MWD II, Heavy cap booster II, XL Booster II, Shield boost amp II, 2x invuln II 3x Magnetic Field Stabiliser II, 2x PDS II
Rigs to taste. Personally, I like the resists ones for this.
This needs a 1% (or more obviously) grid implant to fit. Or a PDS II dropped for an RCU II. Or swap the MWD II and Cap booster II, for a quad lif, and a heavy electrochemical.
It's pretty tight on fit though, even with max skills :). -- Crane needs more grid 249km locking? |

It seems like an RCU II and a DC II would provide a better tank.. are you looking at using the PDUs for cap buffer?
[I don't know if RCU+DC will fit, I don't presently have access to check]
