scamming, legal in eve, not in rl

Zurrar Gallente Epiphyte Mining and Exploration Combined Planetary Union	Posted - 2008.04.23 02:12:00 - [1] ok, i was scammed recently, by someone who has WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much time, and put WAYYYYYYYYYYYY too much effort into it. i wont go into details. but scamming in real life ends you up with prison time, many stories about it on the news. This reminds me of when I used to play WoW and there would constantly be those threads on the forum "You know you play too much WoW when:" and people would mention applying game terms to IRL... haven't seen those threads here yet, but if there were those threads, this post would have to go in one of 'em. I apologize for mentioning WoW in a positive light, but this was so funny that I had to share my feelings about it without using a simple LOL which I agree is over used... eh.

No I have not lost 3 billion to a scam before. I think the most "I" lost was maybe 20 mil in cheap mods in the "Free" section of the corp hanger. Then again it wasn't mine per say, it was just my corps. That's what happens when you have a free section though =P --- Put in space whales!

BTW, you can buy and sell slaves in eve as well. Also, i'm pretty sure most of the weapons in eve AKA the nuclear missiles/charges w/e would probably be fairly illegal in real life as well. Basically the only thing you can do in eve and RL is drink and purchase hookers. Though, that's not legal everywhere and to every age anyway IRL.
