Theres the thing:
I wanna delete my character and create a new one and asking if there is a way transfer isk between characters at the same account and if possible ships and the rest of the assents ^^

You can create 3 characters per account - so make a new one, then transfer the ISK before deleting your old one. Better yet, keep the old one, you can make up to 3, might as well keep it alive!

but how i transfer the isk? i cant have both characters online...

Just search his name in people & places, and right click on the portrait and "Send Money"
Edit: Oh, and this doesn't work for trials, but tbh you should have posted in the New Players section then.

You do not need both characters online. You can use the "Give Money" option and transfer to your alt character and then log your alt character in and use the "Give Money" option again to trnsfer the isk to your new character

Yeah, you don't have to have both online. Just open your 'people and places' window and search for your other character's name, then send him the ISK. OR, setup a contract that is limited to your other character ONLY, that way you can transfer all of your stuff over too.

open your People and places, look up your new character, right click and send money.
as for the ship create a contract for the new character

make an alt
make a contract to the main, (item exchange) pick 1 unit of trit, set I will recieve to the amount of ISK your main now has, and create the contract
relog
accept with your main
voila! you have t3h monies
OR, you could not be a noob and:
make the alt, add it to your main's addressbook, right click on the alt, choose give money and do it.
If you're on trial, start sellin smth. cheap like a unit of trit for a huge price, buy it with your main.
now tell me howcome you didn't come up with these on your own?

If you have more isk then your character can hold. I'd be happy to hold it for you. :)
