The only way to stop RMT is to stop buying currency.
RMT are a very minor factor in EVE. Seriously, anyone whining here must have never played a game that got hit hard by RMT.
If you hate them so much, go kill them.
Yes. You can shoot the RMT in EVE, isn't that something!

They're doing their best to stop people form buying it by setting their wallets billions into the negative when they get caught.

JihadSwarm (and other suicide gankers fighting for a good cause) and those who specifically hunt farmer ravens in 0.0 belts? To be honest, I can't see anything USEful that CCP could add to their anti-Real Money Trade arsenal... every time I see a "what happen to my ISKS, how come CCP maek me negatiev 500M ISKS????" thread, it makes me feel like I've been snuggling kittens for the past hour - warm and fuzzy.

isk sellers dont even use direct isk transfers, they use contracts for 1 trit or something |

why do we have no bankers in eve?
why cant i get a lown off a eve banker?
if i could do that i wouldnt be temped as other players can too wona buy isk when times get tuff.
where are the bankers in eve, you think this game would need them and get good use out of them.  {imo}.

I wish I had the link, but this guy once got his local farmers to respond after he kept griefing them. Basically, I think they were offering to pay him off to leave them the hell alone. Instead, he got one of them to send screen shots of their wallet, showing NUMEROUS direct isk transfers, in the hundreds of millions, as well as contract fees and those 0.00 ISK records of direct trades between players, which apparently were miners trading ore to the refiners or some such... there were a lot of screenshots.
I can't find it on google right now, but I've been awake a long time at the moment... Anyways, my point is, these people use every means at their disposal to conduct their 'business'. I can think of one way right off hand that I'd use to catch people: If I were CCP, I'd buy ISK. I'd buy the smallest amount possible, see who it came to the 'purchasing' account from, and then go from there, poring over that account and any accounts with transactions in common with it.
But, just judging by the numerous "wut u did 2 my ISKs, y r my wallet -8000000 billions ISKS " threads popping up on the forum recently, I'm sure CCP's current method of hunting isk farmers/sellers/buyers is plenty effective.

EVE-Bank.net FAQs. Look up EBank Ricdic in the Market Discussion forum - there's been an EVE-Bank for quite some time now, and as I understand it, this guy is just as rich/well-trusted as Chribba.

wow! right on. ill look him up thanx. still instead of ccp selling us isk why not make some kind of ai or real player banking market in game. you know somthing like just add a banking tab too call them up in market.
