I made a post earlier tonight about suicide ganking to clear the bots out of my home system. I have been googling all night, and I have trained up an alt that had unused skill points to fly a brutix, but she only has like 216 dps and that doesn't seem like enough to suicide gank a tanked hulk in 0.9.
Can someone please give me a brutix fit that is pretty much guaranteed to pop any hulk in 0.9?
All I need is the fit. I can figure out skills from there. |

I'm willing to dedicate as much training as needed to this alt to get rid of the bots in my system. After moocho googling just don't know what to do. I'll be honest, I wanna be spoon fed on this. |

See thats the problem, I'm getting a ton of conflicting information. In my first post someone told me there is no way a catalyst could successfully gank a tanked hulk in 0.9.
One guy I found was in a hulk with two invulnerability fields II's and a heat dissipation module.
I just want wanna blow up some bots, someone with experience please hrelp! |

Yeah I have pretty much accepted the fact I'm gunna have to sacrifice a brutix for each kill, but the first one I just got fitted only has like 216 dps. I don't know much about Eve, but I think I know enough to know that 216 DPS isn't gunna kill a hulk in 0.9. |

I get that alpha is first strike damage, but I have no idea what ships or mods put out more damage on their first shots then other.

That still doesn't help me. First off please know that I'm truly not trying to be a d-bag here. I know that T2 is better than T1 and I'll train for it if I have to.
What I can't seem to find an answer to are the following two questions.....
#1 What ship and fit do I need to solo gank a tanked hulk in 0.9.
#2 What ships with what fit would me and my brother need to team gank a tanked hulk in 0.9.
Those are the two big questions I'm looking for answers to.
The two alts I've made are fresh. I can train for anything at this point. I just need to know what to train for and what to buy. I'm willing to dump a lot of cash into this. It'll be worth it to be able to log in and go mine in some belt with some fat juicy roids again. |

Those are the two big questions I'm looking for answers to. If you're looking to do 0.9 ganking, your best bet is to alpha the hulks. You need to scan them to determine how well they are tanked - if you don't, you will most likely flub. Solo ganking in an 0.9 with low-SP alts is not something I'd advise unless you're going after pods in Jita with arty thrashers.
I understand what you said, and I am more than willing to train the alts for whatever I have too. My questions still haven't been answered though.
Something about killing pods in Jita with arty thrashers....... I don't want to kill pods in Jita. I want to kill tanked hulks in 0.9.

There isn't really a cheap option for 0.9 space, unless you have 4 or 5 characters to throw at them at once. If you're not using t2 guns, always use faction ammo for a gankship, you won't be using much of it anyway. Edit: t2 damage mods for the lowslots are an easy train, and really not too expensive for a gankship.
Ok Gotcha. Just out of curiousity we do have 4 accounts. Whats the cheap way with 4 toons?

I actually have a heavily researched thorax BPO. Me and bro could field 4 thoraxes easy. Maybe we'll try that first. However Grumpymunky your advice has not gone unheard. I'm training for tornadoes as well.
