The best is to file a bug Report and hope it'll get a fix anytime soon.
But sadly its not the only gfx problem introduced with Trinity....

my amarr ships do this too...after a target pops the guns dont reset to the "correct" starter position. It actually looks even better on a punisher, as the punisher has a more defined "head" that all the guns point to perfectly.

Please do bug report anything along these lines, and when you do so, please include a DXDiag log. It could be something particular to your gfx card, driver settings, or something deeper.
