Baltar's Internal Six has manipulated physical objects before, though I don't think anybody besides Baltar was present at the time. I also suspect that Shelly Godfrey was just Baltar's Six who allowed herself to be seen by others.
I've been wondering about her for a long time, actually.
More and more now I'm beginning to think that there is a third power involving itself in things aside from the Humans and the Cylons, possibly the "Original Programmers" or the "God" that the Cylons worship.
If the Six in Baltar's head is just a delusion, why is she right so much? If you look back through the series she has consistently saved his ass, from creating a functional Cylon detector to guiding his actions to form the cult. It's far too much to be a simple coincidence, in my opinion.
And then you throw in the fact that the same type of apparition has appeared to Caprica 6 in the form of Baltar, and even to Baltar himself at one point. Waaaaay too much to be a coincidence. |

Originally by: Candice Bormardin Speaking about one Cyclon recognizing another, I wonder if they just don't have some continuity problems.
Starbuck's husband is recognized by a raider across some distance of space while each is in their space ship (of course the raider is a space ship) but - the 6 in the cell with Col. Tigh gets much, much closer to him ... in fact she looks like she was about to have sex with him and yet she couldn't tell he was a Cylon.
I think that there's something special about the raiders, to be honest. When the human cylons were debating whether to lobotomize them or not, they spoke about the Original Programmers designing the raiders for a purpose, and that they shouldn't tamper with their designs. I think that the raiders have some form of innate ability to recognize the final five cylons. Do the centurions have this ability as well? Impossible to say as they haven't encountered any since the four of them realized they were cylons.
Quote: Maybe Baltar is a Cylon and they lied to him when they said he wasn't ...
No way...given how they speak of the final five cylons, there would have been a noticeable change in their behavior towards him - specifically, they wouldn't have been so easily considering executing him on New Caprica when they forced him to sign the death warrant. ---------------- Tarminic - 35 Million SP in Forum Warfare Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.81 (Updated 4/8) |

Compare the first season when they built a stealth Viper, and had to mine a planet for fuel to now when they barely run into a Cyclon fleet anymore. Whats the point of this show anymore? Star Trek has the same fate when they tried some series long story arc instead of just 1 hour of entertainment.
Yes, god forbid the explosions take a backseat to character development!
I like the fact that they don't get involved in an epic battle every other episode. Hell, if they did they'd run out of ammo, fighters, and crew in no time. Plus, it makes the awesome battles even cooler. ---------------- Tarminic - 35 Million SP in Forum Warfare Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.81 (Updated 4/8) |

The new bible.
Here's the deal:
The Lords of Kobol create Man (subservient automaton for carrying out chores). Man develops a 'soul', fights with his creators, and is expelled from Kobol. Did Man exterminate the Lords of Kobol in a furious act of genocide...? I don't know.
The next we hear about man is that he has established twelve seperate and entirely unique colonies. There are myths of a thirteenth.
Man creates Cylon, a subservient automaton for carrying out chores. Cylon develops a 'soul', fights with his creators, and is expelled from the colonies.
The next we hear about the cylons is that they have evolved themselves into twelve seperate and entirely unique models - and then they do exterminate humanity in a furious act of genocide.
And... um, now the cylons are lobotomising their raiders? Making them subservient automatons...
"All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again"
I love it!

We're all forgetting someone important.
Anastasia Dualla
Leoben said that "Adama is a Cylon," correct? Well this obviously suggests the Admiral or Lee. BUT!
We've all forgotten that even though everyone still refers to her as "Dualla," she's married to Lee, and there's been noting in the series to indicate that they're divorced, only separated. Which makes her legal last name - that's right - Adama.
How's about them apples? ---------------- Tarminic - 35 Million SP in Forum Warfare Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.81 (Updated 4/8) |

Originally by: Wild Rho Except he said it long before they were married or even in a relationship. You could argue he was predicting things to come but it doesn't really seem right.
Except Leoben has made accurate prophecies in the past, and seems to know a whole lot of things that he shouldn't. For example, he knew of Starbuck's "special destiny" and knew that Starbuck would tell him that she loves him (which he did).
Could it be coincidence? Maybe. But I think not. ---------------- Tarminic - 35 Million SP in Forum Warfare Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.81 (Updated 4/8) |

Originally by: Jacob Mei They are Human Cylon hybrids though, a point made quite clearly by Baltar when it used Heras stem cells to temporarly cure Roslins cancer. What Saul and Caperica have going though is a 100% cylon offsping on their hands if it is indeed Saul's (my dad made the interesting point that it could be possible more then one person was visiting Caprica).
She also has guards and security cameras on her 24/7 except when Saul is visiting. There's no way that anyone else could have been responsible, I don't think.
Plus, this alone suggests that the final five are fundamentally different from the other 7 human cylon models, as they can't have children. ---------------- Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.81 (Updated 4/8) |
