That a good enough reply for ya?
I remember arguing with Dianabolic/DaFuzz years ago about BOB crossing lines out of game which ran the potential for real life consequences. Hers's one interpretation of the UK's Computer Misuse Act 1990, and how Section 1 (ie upto 6 months imprisonment) could apply to some things that people view as acceptable in this game.

"The only precondition to liability is that the hacker should be aware that the access attempted is unauthorized. Thus, using another person's username or identifier (ID) and password without proper authority to access data or a program, or to alter, delete, copy or move a program or data, or simply to output a program or data to a screen or printer, or to impersonate that other person using e-mail, online chat, web or other services, constitute the offence. Even if the initial access is authorized, subsequent exploration if there is a hierarchy of privileges in the system, may lead to entry to parts of the system for which the requisite privileges are lacking and the offence will be committed."

So is an out of game forum, accessed by my character name covered? Or my real life name? Looking forward to reading about the first time someone attempts a prosecution over it. Though if I remember correctly FinFleet just discussed it and didn't involve the appropriate legal authorities.

What in hell has this got to do with the assault on period basis? Seriously Mynas you have lost the plot. The more MC pilots that can get away from you the better. Seleene letting you anywhere near leading people is one of the biggest mistakes in EVE ever.
