Goonswarm in the north?!

Vile Rat and company have been making trip after trip apparently moving assets and staging for a northern advance. Who is the intended target, and does this officially mean that the campaign against BoB is abandoned? The obvious target would seem to be Tri, if so how does this change the northern power blocks? EDIT: I did ask them, and the response was "Cleveland", I can find no "Cleveland" on the map.

While I worked over the school year, Matt was the captain of the rugby team and didn't have time for a job. Also, my parents gave me a car and pay for my tuition, while Matt's parents don't pay for anything. Therefore, he's stuck in the rut of No Car = No Job, No Job = No Car. In the summertime he makes enough money to pay for the next year's tuition and little more than that. Now, I've got plenty of money, and I like to spend it. But he won't have anything to do with it. In order for me to be able to take him out on a date I have to fight with him. He won't even let me get him a birthday present; any talk about spending money and he gets upset and angry. I know he's working on getting a job, he's not just a lazy bum, and I understand how it could upset his "manliness" to take money from me, but I don't know how to tell him that I'd be much happier if he just let me spend money on him. I know there is a majority of guys on SA so I figured I might get a good idea of what the right thing to do might be. I wanted to get him Red Sox tickets for his birthday and now I'm miserable about not being able to get him anything.
