Edited by: Plumpy McPudding on 29/04/2008 06:12:30 How do I go about doing this? I hate having to minimize the game when I want to look up info on my second monitor. Dragging the window as high as it will go isn't an option I'd like to consider. Is there no other way?
Thank you kindly.

There's an option built into EVEMon that will reposition the EVE window to the center of the screen so the border isn't visible as long as the game window is set to the same size as your current resolution.
It doesn't always initially work if you happen to click on another window while EVE is loading, but a quick alt-tab to and from EVE once it's loaded corrects this. ---

Would be nice with a "windowed maximized" mode such as "the other mmo" has it. Where it is in windowed mode but with all the window borders gone so it looks completly like fullscreen. Good for people like me with dual screens.
I will check the option you describe in evemon though, seems to do what Im looking for.

Also, EVE Launcher can also do the "windowed fullscreen" thing, and with multiple instances at the same time - great for multi-monitor multi-account play.

Edited by: Jurgen Cartis on 30/04/2008 03:52:12 Google a program called ShiftWindow, it does this. I used it for about 6 months when fullscreen Eve had bugs that would cause me to CTD often. Now though, it works fine on fullscreen, so I don't bother with ShiftWindow anymore. -------------------- ICE Blueprint Sales FIRST!! -Yipsilanti Pfft. Edited by: WheatGrass on 20/05/2008 05:13:21 At present I'm using an Nvidia based graphics card. The nView software, though not perfect, is working for me with dual displays.
If you use an Nvidia based card, you might give it a go. First, make sure you are running Eve in "windowed mode". Look into the nView properties section by right-clicking the system tray icon; then by accessing "nView Desktop Manager"; then "nView Properties". I've created a "custom nView" setting for eve and set the "Always on top" option to "On". This option seems to prevent the application from minimizing whenever I access a different application.
