Your making sense, but I tell you I used all the methods you describes above and more. I searched manually from 1st page to the last (2x), searched for "CSM Candidate Zoolkhan" and I still couldn't find this thread. Even though you are on page 1 now again(as soon as I posted the 'are you still running' post) I suspect foul play or a bug or somebody ****** up.
Anyway, your still not listed in the sticky candidate threads thingie, (Just checked for the 3rd time).
The search on eve-o is not waterproof.
It comes up with random hits that are of no use then actually give you what your looking for. There used to be a saying involved search, eve-o and google.
As for not linking zool's thread yeah that is odd.
In here http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=759877, it says that you need to reply. But most candidates have not done this but are named. And i think zool's personal page isn't linked yet either

Sad to see that you did not make it in.
And as i siad in game i hope the CSM will proof me wrong.
But i have my doubts, looking at the candidates that are in.
