I've said it before, and I'll repeat myself now that removing PvP from Eve isn't really an option unless they replace it with a viable end game, but there needs to be even stricter limitations in empire space.
Some of you will disagree of course, but considering that 90%+ of Eve is 0.0 space, there is more than enough room for all of you out there. The problem is, you don't want real PvP. You don't want an even contest between equally skilled players. What you want is to be able to ruin someone's day.
News flash, that's NOT PvP, thats griefing. It's being a bully. It's being whatever form of jerk you want to be so that you can prop up your fragile little ego and call yourself "l337". OMG I WTF PWNED THAT CAREBEAR!!!!

also the secure space is not secure due to the war "exploit"
and as long EVE dont have decent Political system - u can lower standings and declare war whit absolutely no reason - the security protecktos only a small timers and n00bs

one capital and sertain major sitys soroundet by lesser sities - and the big sities got fast "railroad" type acsess
so in result this isint a Empire trade - its more like internal empire markets ...only export that is happening in EVE is betwean Empire (not empires, because there is no such thing as EmpireS i n EVE in economick wiev) and 0.0 alliance regions - that form the REAL empires that are in EVE
and the horrid tales and storys repell every carebear efektivily from 0.0

This post is not a request for any change as far as I can make it out. Its more a day dreaming thread about what would happen if such a change were made.

Who cares? This is basically how things are anyway. You can just make an alt and declare war on some people, and you've done the same thing as remove the sentry guns.
We have constant alt wars now, lamer "pirates" who hide behind n00b corps, loser pirates who travel in groups, each guy in his own corp, etc. etc. The whole thing is pathetic.
While I know you want to gank people in 1.0 systems (or whatever your intention here is), the whole concept of security status exists for a reason (one would hope). Although as of late, CCP has done a pretty pathetic job of making it clear what that is.
So you can tank the sentry guns in 0.4 systems so you can gank people at the gate (so says Eris Discordia). But you can't do it in a 1.0 system. Can you do it in a 0.5 system? What about 0.6?
The whole argument is stupid and pedantic.
If you ask me, unconsentual PvP should happen in 0.4 or lower systems. Consentual PvP should happen everywhere. EVE is a *GAME* and it needs some "safe spots" where people can go who either (a) don't have the skills to fight or (b) just don't want to fight.
Fight in 0.4 or lower, or don't fight at all. The 1.0 systems ought to have some civility.
It is patently ridiculous that you can be safer in many 0.0 systems than in Yulai. CCP needs to get with the program and fix the bugs/exploits/ridiculous rules/stupid tactics that allow people to gank people, unprovoked and unconsentually, in 1.0 space.

Could not agree more! It should be hard to go to different empires! Not impossible but throw in a line of 0.4- system between the empires, and make it so you atleast have to go throu some of them, maybe make it some 0.0s in dunno but its boring that its 1 empire insted of 4 atm.
Now some my say that 0.4 is still to high but it gets atleast some balance, hard for pirates to abuse, and makes it harder for traders to operate.
Another cool idea would be to keep Yulai as a center but with heavy restrictins as in high tull, you need high sec ratings or something like that...
Hehe just some nice dreams of a perfect world :)

i think that would be the idea to ring the empires with kinda no mans land and have empir patrols go out their every now and again but basicly make it lawless enough for gankers to operate and possible pick up traders making a run for it
make a few highway gates that "bypass" these areas but make it so few that the congestion will detour people who are in a hurry or cbf waiting, also make each region have its own distinct economic demands and supplies so that u can make killer profits doping trade runs across the borders **** i think it would be great
kinda stick to the story line a little and make it with no mans land and deep space areas and actually make pirating a viable option that can make good money also smuggling, and ****, i deffinitly like some of siddys ideas on the game and hes very valid pionts although without instagankcord i would be a little worried

After the anarchy ended PA would try and play god,CA would flip them the bird another fight would break out and Empire space would for the most part be divied up amongst whoever was left standing, probably FA,Xetic, NORAD and Rising Sun, for the simple reason that alot of people ignore what potential they have, the only exception to this is FA the only reason I can think they would stick around is simple, weather I like them or not (and I don't like them) they have a very formitable defensive ring, if the CA/FE fleet couldn't do it I highly doubt there is an alliance that can. As far as PA is concerned, someone sack Venal again.
