Is this Warp-out, warp-back busniess really necessary? I'm only a 6.2mil SP character and so long as you have decent skills you should be able to take him out w/o Torps.
For the Guristas version of this I used Caldari Navy Wrath missiles (which you can pack along and switch to when you start with this guy), and took him down in a minute or two.
My ship at the time was a Raven with mostly T2 tank and 3 BCS, 6 Arb cruise launchers, and 5 tech 1 medium drones. I had a drone link augmentor and took him out at 50km where he likes to sit at.
My skills for missiles are not exactly stellar and I'm only lvl 3 in caldari battleship.
The faction ammo made all the difference for me. |

Takes a lot longer for me with about 1.5M in missiles. at 50k he kills 3/6 missiles using defenders, need to get much closer. |

I had already tried explosives because 'Fusion L' is my default ammo against angels.
It did not do enough damage. So I swiched to 'EMP L'. He died.

For my first lvl 4 missions it took me quite a while too not 7 hours though. Altough now it takes me about 2 hours for a medium hard mission including looting and salvaging and ive calculated that i make about 10-11 mill and sometimes more considering that some missions have a lot of good bounties/insignias.
So all and all 5.5mil/hour that i think is a bit low i need something more lucrative so missions goodbye deep 0.0 here i come.
