Extra high slot versus light drone.
Different way of getting on the rare killmail. Otherwise it doesn't matter much.

A typical CovOps loadout for the high slots is a cloak, a cyno, and a probe launcher. Helios can't fit it, Anathema can.

Yeah I second that. I have flown both, and well the Anathema is overall alot easier to fit. It also has a larger cargo hold as I recall.
(a big help for holding exploration probes)
The drone bay on the helios is well kinda useless. You dont really want to be in combat in one of these.
I think the Anathema is cheaper too.

Helios drone MIGHT come in use in that situation where a single small ship locks your helios preventing it from cloaking... a light ECM drone in this case MIGHT be useful...
Rather niche area, tbh, so not really something to be counted on.
Anathema also gets cap bonus if im not mistaken.
