I FC'ed a fleet that went ganking in IAC space a couple of months ago, and every single person in the fleet was flying a ship called:
"Tyrrax Thorrk's Ego"
We had fun thinking about the reports in IAC intel channels:
"Oh my god, there's a huge blob of Tyrrax Thorrk's Ego one jump out"
or
"I just got ganked by Tyrrax Thorrk's Ego"
well... I liked it at least!

After losing a Mega to CONCORD in a recent Empire War because I scrammed an alliance mate instead of remote repping him, I've taken to naming all of my Megas "DON'T SCRAM FRIENDLIES".
I've seen lots of phallic references. One blaster Rokh in particular made creatively graphic references to making a mess all over your face.
Another favorite of mine is to coordinate with fleetmates and name our ships "XXX's Ares", "YYY's Megathron", etc., except that YYY is in the Ares and XXX is in the Megathron. Mostly it's for laughs, but I have seen at least one 'ceptor get primaried by a rookie FC because of this.
I often name my Indy-hunting pirate ships "IT'S A SNAAAKE!" in reference to this clip.

And I always name my pod Crapmobile if I need to fly any where in it. |

I usually tend to go for serious names for my ships, but I do have an Iteron III named "Tech 2 BPOs". 
I don't think it's ever carried any more than 10mil at a time.

I usually name all my ships as some other ship to confuse people briefly if i pop up on scan, my curse is called huginn, my sleipnir is called cyclone my prophecy is called damnation etc etc
