Mature Members in the European, North American, and Australian Time Zones. All Corps must meet strict requirement to join Alliance.
Corps must have no LESS then 30 active members.

Somewhat Self Sufficient, we can help you get off your feet, but we do not intend to carry you all of the time.
Members that want to participate and not hide in stations AFK all of the time.
Willingness to use Comms (Teamspeak) for Fleet Operations of any kind.
Ability to speak and understand English. (We can work with you)
A good Attitude toward the game. And if your attitude sucks we don't want you.
