Both smash and rk have sov 4. In many systems. Why would they come all the way out here, go to a station system put up a cap array, GIVE the constellation to FIX, then start it off again at sov 1. 1. It ignores the invincible sov 4 in 3 systems in geminate. 2. It adds a crap ton of logistics for no reason. 3. No cyno jammer for security. 4. No sov 4 for security 5. No one in the game would setup like this with 3 better systems 5 regions closer with 5x more defenders. Anything they were building was for themselves. If they had wanted to build titans there are better places to do so. Did you see any titan specific parts? They had a small ship array. Maybe they were building titans there because it had some trit and titans need trit to be built. So. Did you see any titan specific parts? Just because an array is up doesn't mean anything is being built. Makes more sense that a corp was starting to work on a mothership. Put up a capital array. Leave it up for a few months. Wait for sov 4. Put up a few capital arrays in system for decoys etc. Considering that FIX has expected to be attacked for some time, I'd be shocked if the array had anything.

The one's that you didn't see ? How about a screenshot ? Who seriously puts a titan onto build a few weeks after capturing a new system, with no cyno jammer, when all they have to do is wait a few for sov 4 ? Was there even a capital ship assembly array up or did you hallucinate that too ?
