A lot corps have bent over backward's to get pos's and research facilities of their own, making more publicaly available is a kick in the teeth to these corps.

There is already a way for players without access to get research carried out, by contacting pos corps and doing private deals etc, also their are loads of unused invention and pe slots in high sec, literaly stations of unused slots.

I understand the people having POSes might feel cheated, if there did come more ME slots in empire space, but then again they have LOADS of slots, my suggestion wasnt 200 new slots in every station, just some more so you dont have to wait 14 days for a job to start. It is ridicoulus that you have to wait this long for a job to even start, I think a little less than manufacturing slots would be nice, some times manufacturing slots are all filled, but not nearly as much as ME research slots. The people having POSes still have a HUGE edge, plus they get it done cheaper than in NPC stations. Doing nothing with this problem, just makes the rich richer, and the noobs no chance to do much on their own, forcing them to join mega corps / alliances.

And yeah there are plenty of PE slots and copy slots in empire space, its just the ME slots that are filled ALL the time, so you have to queue up for weeks.

The suggestion of loaning your BPO to shady POS owners, paying them to research it, is not a road Id like to venture. It would be laughable easy to scam people of their valuable BPO, that youve invested millions and yet millions in buying and researching.

Where does all that hate come towards the candidate? Which CSM candidate ALT are you?
