Alastre Caldari State War Academy	Posted - 2008.05.03 16:53:00 - [1] I've been trying to locate some good lv.4 minnie mission running system on eve-agent, but so far it seems like the vast majority of their good agents are located in low-sec only? or did I miss something? It's not that I have a problem with running missions in lowsec, but I'm just trying to relax and run mission for a diff. faction for a change, and to raise my standing with the minmatars in relative peace. Besides, when I want to run missions in lowsec again I can always go back to my old spot

Joe Starbreaker Starbreaker Spaceways	Posted - 2008.05.03 21:32:00 - [4] I probe them down in Frarn and in Lustrevik. Don't know which NPC corp they're actually working for though. By the way I know that RSS has a highsec L4 agent in Shaha, way way over in Amarr regions.

IIRC the Shaha agent is actually pretty poor quality, theres another RSS lvl 4 one jump further in Neesher thats much better.

Lvl4 q18 system its 0.5 security and best of all because the constellation its only highsec all combat missions will be in highsec. P.S.
