That's right! Before you spend the time training all those skills. Before you spend the ISK on those expensive rigs.
For a limited time you can try Ninja Salvaging« before dumping your time or isk into it!
Fit a ship of your choice with a rack of salvagers, an AB and maybe some speed/agility mods, and convo me in-game or give me a bump/reply here.
I'll scan out the sites, lead you to them and you can have at it.
Stuff yourself full of salvage or try your hand at getting yourself some aggro by looting. If you find the fun factor is for you, then spend some ISK pursuing your new care-bear tear addiction or apply for membership in a corp of like-minded people like Suddenly Ninjas.
If not, your investment was minimal.
Step right up, give the wheel a spin!

MMm I took a spin today: Anathema, fit with recon launcher, 2x salvagers, ab, and some cheap stuff in the rest of the slots (meh, nothing else really helps out salvaging)
Went to motsu, just becauae i failed at scanning down anyone in the other places I was (can only use 10au probes).
First person i found was doing that one EoM mission, and I was like yay i found something. (easy to find because of no deadspace, granted). But i start salvaging, and he starts shooting the wrecks So im like whatever, let him blow up the rest of the wrecks and warp off.
Then I find another person, tempest, running one of those blood missions that has you kill the haulers with militants. i start salvaging (for some reason there was another salvage ninja with me... Guess he found the place too). We get to the second room, find the guy still shooting up ships. He warps off when he sees me warp in, and im like pfft whatever.
Then i find a domi, just finishing up that one mission with a ton of BS just sitting around waiting to get shot at. I salvage the entire thing ^^ he didnt care.
And that what I did >.> Was too busy playing poker mostly though, to get much done. So 2/3 people will try to stop you I do have a pair of corpmates who are ALWAYS in highsec probing people out trying to gank them... I need to learn one day that trick

I've never had anyone ninja salvage my missions yet, but I wouldn't care if they did as long as they left the loot. I don't bother salvaging anymore because my fiance handles the looting with her ship.

You want speed, agility and tank, in that order IMO. A buffer shieldtank is most convinient, to get away in case of trouble and to survive suiciders.

I consider ninjasalvaging missioners a bonus on top of the exploration you can do in the game.
If I wasn't busy training up BS skills I would finish the exploration stuff I started on and probe out some missionrunners. -------------------------------------------------- "Every complex problem has a solution which is easy, neat and wrong!" |
