What the Alliance is about
Ethereal Dawn is an Alliance with a storied past that has left permanent marks on the Universe, has rebuilt in the past, and is rising yet again. This is your chance to get in on the newest incarnation.
Alliance Structure
We have a resilient core of corps that persist in keeping the Alliance itself alive and functioning, while other members pursue various goals that serve the interests of the Alliance as a whole. Corporation executives are always consulted - but High Command has final decision in all alliance level matters.

Black Lotus Property Management
Roles: Alliance Executor/Holding/Resilience

Originally formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of BLHI to track and manage outposts, it spent a stint as a partially publicly held corporation while managing a refinery outpost. Since the reach war and the following period in ED history, BLPM was put forth as holding in order to provide visible separation between BLHIGÇÖs private operations and alliance funds.
Black Lotus Heavy Industries
Roles: Empire Industry, Alliance Resilience
Recruiting: Invite Only, Referral
Black Lotus Heavy Industries was formed in May of 2006 as a construction company focused on large, high value objects. Our first arrangement was with Ethereal Dawn in their rollout into the 6TT8-Z constellation of the newly opened 7-KXBJ region, later renamed Etherium Reach in a resident player vote held by CCP. We provided platforms for three of the four outposts that were deployed into that constellation by the time ED lost that space in the summer of 2009, one of which we operated directly, and another was managed by a partially owned subsidiary which operated profitably for all share holders until we took it private and bought back the shares that had been sold.
Since the loss of space in zero we have taken the leadership role in what is left of Ethereal Dawn, serving to protect the base existence of the alliance so that it may rise once again to prominence among the stars.
We also maintain a select, yet capable member base via invite only recruiting, and can field around half a dozen capital ships of nearly any class as needed.
OMNI Technologies

OMN-T Technologies, founded in September 2010, is a corporation dedicated to exploring the universe of EvE in a multi-faceted manner. Since its inception, members of OMN-T have been active in exploration, raiding of wormholes, incursions, missions, mining, and for future combat within the Dust-514 console realm. All of these activities have been conducted in a semi laid-back and friendly manner, allowing for its members to not only grow in the varied aspects of the game, but also as a group, meshing interest with skill.
While allowing for such freedoms, OMN-T has also offered some structured meetings, intended to instruct its members still learning areas of the game and to foster corp brotherhood (and sisterhood). For the future, OMN-T has plans for more raiding, dual-platform activities (regarding Dust), and more operations that link its members to some more structured goals. The intent of this is to help guide newer players to things they are both fit for and interested in. It is also geared to give older players a different experience than perhaps they have been exposed to in the past.
OMNI Tech would like their members to be willing to join in corporation/alliance ops, and to also be able to explore on their own and get to know the game on their own terms. Corporation rules allow for flexibility of character.
If semi laid back, isk making, free-spirited flying is your style, Omni Tech. might be the corporation for you.
MILL SPEC Industries
Roles: very active in DED sites, mission running, trading.

MIL SPEC Industries was originally created as an all military, active and retired, corporation in August of 2007. We are an industrial corporation with a large portion dedicated to mining, building, large order hauling and inventing.
MIL SPEC Industries is also very active in DED sites, mission running, and in trading. We are a very laid back corporation, but we do require at least 2 mining ops every month with the corporation or the alliance.
We are recruiting new and old members. We just ask that your trial period be completed prior to accepting brand new members.
