Vyger	Posted - 2008.05.05 14:23:00 - [1] 5 year old character (c. 80m SP) looking for a corporation with a purpose, lead by pilots with maturity and imagination. The last 5 years of EVE have been great fun and I've met many fantastic characters along they way. I'm now at something of a crossroads and find myself wondering what to do next in the game. If you think your corp is a little different from the run-of-the-mill corps or has a unique aspect to it I could be interested, no matter what it is your corp does. A merc role may be of interest but I'm not limiting myself to that, the only thing I won't do is griefing (though this is often a matter of perspective of course). The size or age of your corp is not important. I would prefer to operate around empire/low-sec/edges of 0.0. I like to pvp at least 50% of the time, but sometimes I do other stuff too. You need to be OK with this and not throw a hissy fit if my RL, or just my mood on a given day , means I can't join an op (I'm waaaaay too old for that juvenile stuff). I would prefer not to have to live in deep 0.0 space, and I'm really not interested in holding space or the POS ping-pong game. You will need to have good, laid-back, FC's and I'd be particularly interested in corps that can demonstrate a little more imagination than the default 'fast hacs/recon' or 'remote-rep bs' alternative gangs. I have something of a penchant for flying faction ships, for no reason other than I like to do things a bit out of the ordinary, and because I can afford it. As you can see I am also prone to use words like 'penchant' sometimes, though often a simple 'x' says everything I need. Voicecomms is no problem, though use of a mic is often limited. I can at least follow orders though. I am UK time zone, and have my own funds and fleet of ships so can jump straight in. If you are largely on a different TZ then that would probably rule you out, for obvious reasons. OK, if you've got this far then you score points for reading the whole thing, thank you. To be honest it doesn't look like you have a whole lot to offer my corp. Maybe if we were looking for another leech to use our belts/space you might have been a good candidate. Also it didn't look like you were looking for a new experience at all. You pretty much dictated the experience you are looking for. Which judging by your corp history is the same as your previous experience. Yes I'm an alt.

What does LDIS do? Well RP as a pod pilot company of Lai Dai. But we have a focus on 1) working for Lai Dai (so missioning, to include group missions) and 2) being our own industrial and producing and selling Caldari designed products at Lai Dai stations. Eventually the corporation wants to do T2 production which will require a 0.0 presence and the defense of those assets. Since you mostly a combat character, the security personnel beyond missioning defend mining ops (high, low, and eventually 0.0) and coming up with effective ways to protect assets from gangs like the nanohacs.
