iirc SOCT was founded by Jovians, but nowdays a member of the Jove empire. Dun quote me on it tho.

Well I just realized something else.
We didn't have to download a patch for this, so I'm assuming it was snuggled away in our latest download or something.
Any other cool ships? :D

The design has been in the client since 2003, but filed under the other SOCT ships.

SCOT ships have been in the database for a while now if I recall. So they wouldn't have needed to patch it in.

Ha, that's cool Chribba.
CCP should in my opinion give us some new ships (not now, sometime). Like, a new frigate and skillbook. Or something. Just something to toy with to whet our tastes. It doesn't have to be great, just unique.
This shuttle is super cool :D I am really looking forward to being able to fly something totally new!

It took us five years to get a Jove shuttle, probably take another five before we get the first Jove frigate.

Keep in mind though, it's not "Jovian" as most people think of. Yes the SOCT was founded by Jovians if I recall, but the Jove ships most people think of are the uber-pwn-all ships.

Pods are jovian tech also.
But in 5 years this is as close we get to flying jovian likable ships.
Wonder how long it will take to be able to fly an Eidolon. |

For those that didn't know, Apotheosis means "ascent to godhood".
This reflects the gift that the Jove (a contraction of Jehovah btw, one of the names for God in the judeo-christian tradition) gave to the other races five years ago; the gift of pod-pilot technology. Clone and pod tech allowed the birth of a new breed of 'immortals' whom the Jove perceive as their 'children'.

But I got hit by a bug, my shuttle was put into a 0.0 station that I havent been to in months and cant get to because it was with my old alliance (left the alliance months ago)

I checked all my little alts, they got it to their clone station, except for one.
She got it in the station she is in, and it doesn't even have a med center, no way her clone is set to there.... Her clone is set at a noobie station 3 jumps away.
English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, coshes 'em, and rummages in their pockets for loose bits of grammar. |
