Yes, The Collective sanctioned an action which left an innocent neutral without a mothership through a blatantly immoral action performed by a well known scoundrel.
A perfect world contains Good and evil. Black and white. Too bad the world is various shades of gray
You are spot on, though for the record (since you brought it up) i had no problem with AAA keeping that mom, only the attempted spin that ensued and the attempt at cloaking the doublestandard while making a PR attack on IAC (which was the obvious real agenda at the time). Nice to get a proper response, thank you.

He was probably just drunk since he changed his mind about 8 times after that, sometimes hating me, sometimes loving and apologizing and saying I did the right thing

Not built yet, but yes he was a useless Wyvern pilot and a liability both to his corp and alliance.

I dont recall seeing any IAC on thulsa's killmail..
LOL, maybe because AAA/RA didn't bother coordinating with the 80 person IAC fleet that was present and eager to engage ? Thug was being an idiot and his lack of coordination cost him a great deal of capitals after Seleene's titan went down. if IAC's capitals and support had been informed / invited to the fight MC/BoB's capitals might not have mopped the floor with you. You might not want to make comments on things you don't have a clue about btw.

but I do recall a great number of badly timed, badly setup pos, and crap scouting, crap fleets, lack of discipline, promotion of farmers, people npcing while we were on combat ops etc etc etc.
Some truth to that, however vast majority of the POS were timed exactly the way Thug requested, some of those were kited so they came out in wrong timezone but overall ThC did a great job with what they had to work with, not all POS were setup well since by the time you speak of we pretty much never had control of the system to do logistics, and AAA didn't bother helping us with system control, IAC alone unfortunately was not capable of operating unhindered against the 15+ alliances in MC/BoB's coalition.
Quote: crap scouting, crap fleets, lack of discipline
all bull**** and you talking out your ass about things you don't know anything about, we did admittedly bring out crap fleets when specifically requested by Thug, he wanted his own little goonswarm flying trash to clog up his enemy's turrets, stupid and didn't work, but can't blame IAC for his mistakes.

My question is why did AAA reset us? I haven't seen much on this topic. One minute we were having a stable but slightly fluctuating relationship and out of the blue [In my eyes] reset.
If TT was the problem, he is no longer such a problem.

They reset IAC because they didn't need meatshield against BoB anymore and they wanted more close to home targets to revive their stagnating leaderless mess of an alliance.
Was obvious they'd reset us months in advance, was never a question of whether, only of when and as soon as the BoB war stopped being a reason to keep us blue they dropped standings.
Funnily enough they set IAC neutral on april 1st and claimed it was "april fools". Maybe that was originally the intent but too many people wanted it to be real for it to stay a joke, or maybe their alliance diplomat Crush3r was lying to me about it being a joke.

You did make a smart move by outing me to the public Morris, if you hadn't done so then IAC would currently be mopping the floor with your stagnant, overrated, has-been alliance.

Ok.. I have been thinking about this now and back when this all happend. Why in hell do ppl want Jim to get the Wyvren. There where 2 Wyvrens stolen and why shouldent it just go to the other one that lost one.(Even thou Morris got Jim's actual ship)
We stole it from Tyrakk not from the other 2 in IAC. And we just did IAC a favor and informed them what Tyrrax Thorrk did ... just few dayes later because of other stuff that was going to happen betwean IAC and -A-.

I believe the wyvern has been used more in the last month or so more than in its entire IAC career to date. It will continue to be used until such time as its gone, when we'll probably build another one - or hell, get another anyway in the meantime. Wyvern is the best mothership bar none - never hurts to have more.
What happeend to the other one? It was sold no doubt. What happened to the officer fit? It was sold too. Jim is an idiot, bless you, but its the truth. Giving a supercap to an idiot is not something I'll be caught doing - now or ever.
To be clear: _everything_ we do is considered and done as part of a wider knowledge of the game, to the best of our ability. Where we mess up - fine, we mess up - gg next map etc. Intelligent people make mistakes too - but the absolute truth is that the intelligent person learns from them. Idiots continue. Eve is about punishing mistakes and learning from them. Nothing more, nothing less.
Wanted to write something, but tbh what he said is very spot on. :)
