Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp Carpe Universitas	Posted - 2008.05.12 13:39:00 - [4] Edited by: Adamai on 12/05/2008 13:39:39 corp structure:- empire base- this is where we test the ground with new recruits to see if they are self organised and able to use their insiative to get things done for the corp. after 2-3 weeks if their good enough at team work they will be posted and promoted to our 0.0 ops logistical division- this division does all the corps hauling it comprises of dedicated logistical players who specialise in moveing our assets and mined ores. mining and industry- these guys mine and build ships for the corp and its players they are also responsible for setting up corp pos's where ever we may need them. military- this division has the potential for 4 fleets each with 4 sqaudrons of pilots, it provides the defence for the corp and also pvp pilots to our alliance and allies for defencive and offencive ops. it provides escorts and scouts to logistics as ewll as over watch duty for the miners. this corp works on the basis that every one is a team player until they prove their not, which means we have promotional prospects for all players and their is the ability to climb the corporate ladder and help run the corp from the top. we have fun while we build our corp but we are serious in what we are doing, we are laid back in the sence that we just get on with what needs to be done. at present each division pays 75% of its work to the corp and retains 25% for itself and the division members. we have numerous goals in the pipeline and are rapidly meeting them. if your interested come try us out your aim should be to get out of the trial division in empire and get involved with ops in 0.0 i wont lie its hard work and their is reds every where but its fun :)
Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp Carpe Universitas	Posted - 2008.05.15 14:52:00 - [5] we are looking to implement a type of borg frame of mind among the members of the corp, i know its a little cheesey for adults but hey this is a game and everything is possible even the modification of the way people think ^^ sign up now and be one of the team and build the corp with us 70+ members 100% active 300 member max goal 0.0 based lots of allies cap fleet strong industry and a truely great bunch of guys. we do the unimagenable we buy our dedicated and proven members the most exspencive skills in eve and ships to boot. in return we require a kind of like borg frame of mind. we dont dictate and we are not communist this corp is about the dedicated team player the loyal player the honest player and the person behind the charecter. the corp has one direction and one direction only and thats forward, your ideas are heard and noted if their good or make sence, they will be tried and tested in your name. if you have a project that can benefit us then you can lead it and make it happen and we will fund it. hit us up and lets rock eve. fly as safe as possible all. strictly 21+ we have empire division's and 0.0 division's give us a try strictly team players only. at present between division we work 75/25 polocy with division's 75% to corp 25% to that division and its members. temp for the time being.

Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp Intrepid Crossing	Posted - 2008.07.23 08:58:00 - [55] what the good sir ewoch is trying to say is, if your corporation is small with not many members and a dwindling player base but you would like to get into 0.0 and experience a true team enviroment in eve. then maybe we could help you. what we propose is to take your member count and mix them with our own across our already established divisions in a great section of 0.0. its simple we set the rules and your focuss become's on your new home and corp in eve. we have more pvp opportunities than you could ever wish for and some of the juicyest mining locations available. the corp is 100% active and very well established with excellent command staff. if your interested in being part of something much much more than your already part of or your simply looking for a better chance at eve and to progress your self and earn the right to lead then this corp could be for you. strictly 21+ years of age and its imperative that you are able to fly either mineing barges or battle ships to the point where you can actually fit battle ship class modules and use them effectively. 5 mill skill points is an excellent starting level if your new to eve please do not apply we simply do not have the time to show you the ropes of eve.

Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp Intrepid Crossing	Posted - 2008.08.12 01:20:00 - [73] its not so much the age limit but the mentality and the ability to understand certain things about the way older players think. some people see eve as a game and others see it as an after work hobby and some see it as a place to causse other people grief and trouble. makeing our corp where only people of 21+ years of age and over may come join us we dramatically reduce the effects of the younger players reduced understanding of other peopls needs for logging on. it also reduces the amount of explanations we have to do due to lack of real life experience with working with older people. in short it saves alot of unecesary conversations that the more mature in aged players may already be able to work out for them selves, resulting in much smoother running of the corp. hope that sheds light on the above qeustion.
