yep, shattered crystal works like a charm, once ug et past their quirky security measures, tbh i do think it's pretty kewl they bother to call me even in holland to make sure i am who i said i am.
delivery was quick and painless

As opposed to simply delivering a non-refundable time code to the person who has the credit card in his hands right now ?
Or worse, the cashier who might have swiped your credit card through the machine at the supermarket and took a look at the CCV ?

If your credit card was stolen you'll get the money back. Shattered Crystal are covering themselves against fraud, not you.

Yeah, I do think it's cool.
I never bought anything from Shattered Crystal. but the times I had to deal with crap like this for whatever reason, you always end up speaking to some Asian woman who barely speaks English. Add to that any difficulties you might have yourself with English, luckily that wasn't ever a problem for me, but judging from what I see on the forums and ingame, that would be a problem for the average EVE player.

And form what I read in the thread from about a week ago, shattered crystal apparently likes to tell customers they can't purchase after taking their money, asking for color-copies of passports (identity theft anyone?)
on top of that they link to things like account sales, RMT sites. with the headline "sites we like"
