Congrats north naptrain, you surely have alot of alliances by your side. We enjoyed the fights and now we'll enjoy the nice old fashion pew pew.

It is true that the NC had larger conventional fleet numbers and I don't think anyone is denying that. However, as long as TRI were around, TRI/INSRG had a significant advantage in cap numbers, which along with the defender's advantage turned it into a bit of a stalemate for a while.
TRI/INSRG leadership were posturing for ages at the start how they would steamroll all of us with their fleets of 200+ caps, so can you blame us for taking them by their word and bringing enough people to counter that? :)

Lots of nice fights and its been a blast. To bad with all the smack talking babies. But that goes for both sides so I dont really give a **** about it.
Anyways, dont think Insurgency will relax. Now that we are done defending we will do lots more damage than ever before.
So its been a blast and it will be a blast!
And if IRON aint our 1st target to humiliate i will slap darth solo hard

I think it was obvious for all involved that it would be very hard for you guys to survive this war without losing your stations. Props for showing up, putting up a serious fight, and leaving on a good note. Resilient as you are i have no doubt you'll be back soon.
Quote: To Razor, Morsus Mihi, Pure, Hydra, Majesta Empire, Mostly Harmless, Stella Polar and Iron, thank you for bringing one of the most combat intensive months of my EVE career. You guys have proven yourselves yet again as worthy adversaries, and you banded together to give me and my brosefs the fights that we wanted. Respect.
Also would like to point this out. While in the past, our alliances may have worked side by side towards similar goals, we fought as a unit in every sense of the word now. You honestly could not tell the difference if the guy next to you was in Razor, Morsus Mihi, Pure, Hydra, Majesta Empire, Mostly Harmless, Stella Polar or Iron.
The North is indeed United, and this war helped solidify that.
What a joke, the north is only united by the fact your all cowards, Not a single alliance in the north has done anything by them selfs, you keep each other napped so you can sit comfy in your space building your supercaps and carebearing knowing full well there is virtualy no risk to your space.
No single northern alliance would have fought insurgency 1v1, pure napped everything around them to make there lives easier, hydra know they would be gone in sweconds if the north reset them, MM just sit in there space building up supercaps pretending they can pvp because they know for a fact that know one would have much chance taking there space, and razor are so overated.
To be fair, what is there to secure in this game beyond an empire and supercaps? The NNC secured theirs by blobbing. Not fun perhaps, but got what they wanted. Fair enough I say.
BTW, I root for INSRG - my former wingmen.

I play this game for fun. I hope everyone else does too. I had fun killing/dieing. Bored to tears waiting. The reason I play was summed up in the span of a week. Saw my first Titan, tackled it in my Broadsword, saw my first DD, survived it :), held on to titan until it died. Later saw my second titan, second DD, same ship, survived it. Logged in LWXN, logged back in 5 minutes later in BKG at a BBQ gate, and could not stop laughing histerically at my ship being obliterated. Hat's off to NC for doing what they needed to accomplish their goal. GF, and will see you again soon.

RZR talking about abadoned POSes :-) Didnt see any resistance taking your stations and killing you POSes in Querius :-)
You talking about Insurgency abadoning stuff, while you are the masters of that when things go wrong. Remember when you gone hide to MM last year? Double standards?

Princess Jodi in particular but also others from RZR like Kail. You guys would do well to shut up. We've won round 1 but a bigger war where only we stand to loose stuff is brewing so your smackposts that just motivate our enemies you can show up your own ass instead of spreading here. --- "Cutting Edge 4 Life" |

No, you dominated the first week in US TZ. You were reinforcing our POSes and repping yours, while losing some of yours. Then, we had the first cap fight and you lost 7 dreads. Hence, our POSes were no longer RFed.
During the 2nd week you were losing POSes and stations.
During the 3rd week, helped by TRI, you nullified our advantage. You gained the 2 lost stations.
During the 4th week you lost nearly everything, due to TRI going for a Pure system.
Dominating a TZ while losing POSes and not destroying ANY wouldn't have brought you much in the long run. Fights for sure but also heavy losses, hardly comparable with ours. It wouldn't have saved you the space.

haha oh man, some ppl should go outside more often.
once again the rethoric from Insurgency changed really fast, from we stand against all of you till the end to we didn't want those stations anyway.
TRI meanwhile is busy protecting there moons (oh god did I just wrote that).
To both of you, enjoy npc space/empire, thats where all those pathetic/failed Alliances go.

Props Agmar for the post. We all know this is far from over and its really just beginning. The North should be on fire for awhile now, which should be good fun for all.
My only disappointment in all of this was helping Insurgency get started in the north again, and Darth and myselfs ego's clashing as normal. No matter what I did to try to help them, he refused which has resulted in the current conflict. Its not like I didnt warn him this would happen back in October of last year along with Orree, who tried for months to keep this from escalating. I always thought I had a good relationship and alot of friends in Celest going back to fighting BOB for years in Fountain, and I guess thats what hurts the most.
As for the napfest remarks, well as Fred0 has stated over and over, Razor-Morsus-PURE-IRON-MH relationship goes back 3+ years. We are all close freinds and will defend each other without question at the drop of a hat. Anyone that doesn't realize that and attacks us is doomed to fail. Although we might be separate alliances, we share common goals and bonds and you must consider us as one body when attacking any of us.
Props to Insurgency for bringing it guys. You did well and Im sure we will be seeing alot more of you in the future. This war is far from over.

Me, and celes if anybody in Insurgency are well aware of the history of the north.
MM/RZR/Iron/MH are all long time northeners and respect for it is there, your friendship is as old as any. But let's face it, we were never a threat to your homes and you didnt have to bring in every single pet alliance in the north to deal with us. Thats what all the "naptrain" people are worked up about

Stop trying to make it look like you guys were the 300 spartans. You had PA, ATF TRI and a handfull of other pets helping you. The only difference is that the NC are actually friends and stuck together when the going got tuff. You might have been outnumbered but not nearly on the scale you say.
After reading all the forum smack from insurgency when this war started im happy to see it end the way it did.

See thats the problem mama guru, we didnt know if you would be a threat or not and couldnt take that chance. We have seen Insurgency go from a 300 man alliance living in Venal and not helping much in the retaking of Tenal and Branch during the great war.... To a 2100 man alliance with supercaps. Originally it was just we are taking the 304 constellation. No problem go for it. We wanted you to have some true 0.0 space to grow. Then suddenly its QCWA and taking out a good freind of ours "Stellar Polar" (who by the way fought hard during the retaking of Tenal and Branch) while we were down south. Then taking all 3 stations from PA and the ability to have a Sov 4 constellation, and yet still not using the diplomacy you had available to you to dispell this mistrust. All we saw was smack and arrogance, and a supposed freind who refused to talk and kept killing our freinds who fought hard during the removal of M.Pire,Fatal and COW.
Bottom line is you kinda forced our hand. Fluf CEO Shiva Morsus Mihi

Tell you a little secret.
My corp knew the gangbang was coming, as did we all, we kept all our ships in our deathstar in QCWA - 4 ship hangar arrays, about 150-200ish ships in total.
We've been running relocation ops to get the ships out, damn its been hard! We cyno'd in carriers into 6-05, a quiet deadend, cloaked them in safespots (its not safe to cyno into QCWA) and then relayed ships to them one by one. Fortunately we can use any of three exit gates to get to 6-05, and generally one was free at any given time.
Its been an epic effort for our fairly small corp. But we got everything out... apart from the corp insured BS
We decided to have some fun with them, and get the insurance for the corp. Fight started well, I pwnd in a blasterthron... but then a cruel Rail Apoc ( ) and Manticore combo owned me
