Obviously there is one correct answer and it could be found relatively quickly by reading the EULA however if 'why bother?' or 'rtfm' were to be used as an acceptable answer in every situation where it could be applied then a good proportion of the threads on internet forums everywhere would be nullified. Throwing slurs left and right doesn't do a whole lot of good to your reputation, but I've seen it happen alot so I doubt they're getting bans for it. That said, as long as we can police things ourselves by blowing these guys up at our own whim, the only thing that CCP should have to worry about are the guys who say they'll be intimate with your dog and set your house on fire. In my opinion, the latter are best served by being denyed the intarweb and put to playing some solo game where they can collect hearts and coints untill their respatory systems shut down from excessive facial hair growth. Everyone wins.

Any half-decent CEO is going to get rid of you right smartly if you push the limits of good taste though. Try to keep in mind the majority of EvE players are over 18. Repeated offenses will get you a short term ban. I think they take racial slurs a bit more seriously, but can't say for sure. I remember one guy was sending me homosexual emails and then naming his ships with very abusive names. After the 5th or 6th petition, he mysteriously disappeared for exactly one week and has never uttered another homo word towards me.
