Something that have bugged me for a while, is the lack of "folders" in my station stash.
I have A LOT of stuff laying around, some minerals, ores, items and so on,
Some not belonging to me, some does.
Something I would like to see made somewhere in the future, is a sort of "folder" system within the stash.
Create/edit/delete folders. Think of it as a Windows Explore view (tm).
Maybe not directly called folders, but more like containers within your station stash.
I know, you can just put in a normal container, but they are annoying to maintain in there. And lack sufficient space.
Is just a suggestion.

Use larger tins and rename them - think of them as a memory stick, small cans 2MB Gigantic 256MB :)

I thought of that, but tins can only carry so little.
I usually have several thousands of ore stashed up.
No can I can put in my stash, can hold 250k kernite.

Hehe, I just spent over 300k on cans for my hangar today...I was running a constant 120 items in my hangar & got sick of it. The cans are a pain because you have to right-click & hit open for each one. Plus, it took me over an hour to get it all set up. I would be greatly appreciative of any efforts toward this end by CCP. As soon as it's implemented, I'll have tons of cans to sell hehe.

Yes, I completely agree. IT would be nice to have some organization method to the item are at each base. The corperate hangers are seperated as needed, why cant our personal stash be as well?

They got it for Corp Hangars, why not for player hangars?

I am currently using containers to sort mine, it is a little tediouse but it does work. You can open the container by double clicking it you dont need to rightclick, and you can sort the content by type to help figure out where they need to go.
That said, changing the view in the items window might be a great improvement, maybe adding a list view or smaller icon view (like in the assets window) would help allot if you have tons of items.
