The question is, why was the Nyx allowed to jump into Malkalen anyway? Why was CONCORD law bypassed to allow something of that sort of power access to a system which it is normally not allowed? -----

I believe capital ships of the various major factions are not under the same restrictions as we capsuleers. But, regardless, a major crime has been committed against the State and the Caldari People. There is obviously a powerful element withing the Federation, or at least the Federation Navy, which harbours ill-will towards the State. Further attempts to negotiate with that festering heap of dung known as the Federation would be a waste of valuable time.

Well the Nyx was said to be the Gallentean escort ship my assumption would be that Concord allowed the Nyx to enter system so as to prevent others from attacking the summit, admittedly having supercapital support when attacking parties could not would deter most if not all attackers. Personaly speaking give the man a medal, Alexander Noir demonstrated the conviction and fortitude lacking in most of the Gallentean leadership to rid our empire of the Caldari megacorporations, the average Caldari citizen can be a fine person but their leadership is the plague of this universe, killing as many of them as possible seems like a good idea.

Oh don't get me wrong, I understand that the laws governing capsuleers aren't the same ones that govern the empires, but still... I somehow doubt the State would allow the Federation to jump a Nyx in as escort without serious thought. Who brings a warship to a peace summit? -----

Because there is always someone to try and blow up peace summits as can be very obviously seen in this case, right or wrong you ensure peace only by being ready for war. Defensive measures are always a smart thing, except this time someone was smarter than the rest.

(National fleets are governed by different laws.)
I would ask everyone to calm down, participate in the relief efforts if they are close by, and to wait for more information. There is no confirmation as of yet that this was a deliberate act of war and not, say, a result of sabotage.
Electus Matari absolutely condemns any attacks on stations and other installations with civilian personnel without a preceding formal declaration of war.

No, the question is what has one man done and the answer is.. A good thing, ridding New Eden of the Caldari megacorporations will require allot of work and it is going to hurt.
Someone had to step up and pose a gesture so powerfull that neutrality will no longer be an option and today, a hero has done just that.

FIE!
Admiral Noir was FRAMED by the traitorous Caldari Tibus Heth and his terrorists. No Capsuleer, particularly one with Admiral Noir's years of peace advocacy, would ever disable his own ship's safety systems and wantonly fly it into a populated station!
Once Admiral Noir revives in his new clone all will be revealed. The traitors will be outed, and peace will reign in our galaxy again.

The true color of the federation has been yellow for all too long, the yellow of cowardice and the unwillingness to step up and do what must be done, of course this wall will kill billions but the Caldari megacorporations enslave trillions and they do so thru subversion and by depriving it's citizens of fundamental rights and crushing any hope they have of happiness.
In 200 years this will be looked back upon as the day that New Eden rose up and delivered itself from one of the greatest tyranical institutions ever to see the light of space.

This is pathetic. I hope you realize that this statement is of utmost ignorance and stupidity.
You Fed pigs believe that yours is the only right way to do things. Sure, a Gallentean would NEVER be able to live like a true Caldari. Too much work, too few prostitutes and no drugs. Too hard for a Gallentean, indeed.

All too much, that is the problem, they look down and never see the hurt they inflict, time to cut them at the knees and make them see what it is like to look up, i am no fool i know that the megacorporations are a force to be reckoned with but so are the Gallente.

Correction: What has Alexander Noir done?
This is an excuse for war, a crime against the Caldari State, the Caldari people, and the process of peace, but I for one am going to resist the urge to claim that the Gallente Federation is officially behind this unless given PROOF.
Until then, it is the insane action of one man.
Answers and justice MUST and WILL come, but especially now, in this hour of grave insult, the Caldari People MUST NOT forget the spirit of who we are. We shall have vengeance, but let us strike but once, and decisively, against our TRUE enemy, once we know exactly who he is.
Our diligent judgment is the iron core of our national spirit. Let us never abandon it, especially not now. -

Then close your eyes and dny the truth, the time for us to watch from the sidelines while the Caldari parasites eat at the very heart and soul of New Eden is over. New Eden is not for the weak, people like me are allowed to exist because we are weak.
I can kill the innocent with impunity because none are willing to stop me. I see an opportunity for the federation to rise up and be what it is meant to be, a strong and fair empire that will fight to defend New Eden even from itself, a hero has given us today a chance to make this a land that has no place for people like me or for soulless megacorporations, open your eyes, brace yourself for hard times and fight with more than words, make a difference.
