I dunno what's happened in the meantime but I thought that Dentara Rast liberated over 700 bil with the EIB scam.
That was an aeon ago now so there must be people who are a long way richer than that now.
And as an aside, you can never quantify the value of some of the rarest ships in the game so I guess you can never give a diffinitive list

Looking at the details after the fact that amount was most likely greatly exaggerated.
My vote would be Entity. There are several well-known individuals approaching the Trillion mark, but none going over it as far as I know (unless you count priceless ships as, well, priceless)

In ISK, no ideea, in overall assets, Entity is the richest, Khatred in second. Off-c if there is some old RA dude that still has access to farmed loot from the time where angel 8/10 used to be uber, then it's another line-up probably.

I agree the issue here is "Old Money" i.e. cash gained from years of t2 BPO aquisition and production. However it is almost guaranteed that the large percentages of isk in the eve economy are in the hands of a few. Cos i dont care how friendly you are to your corp mates .. your not gonna lend him ur 50 bill isk t2 BPO so he can crank out a couple runs...... So I would imagine its much like the real world... al the cash is horded between a few greedy bastards who sit on it all and dont give any to anyone else!
