Please CCP don't listen to the vocal minority.

The majority of players are extremely happy with all of the improvements to the game and please don't be disheartened by listening to the whines and moans of the ungrateful vocal minority whom you can never please. We the silent majority are very happy with the game and any and all improvements! Thank you CCP! We love ya lots!

As to the sources of the OP: it wouldn't be accurate to say you speak for the rest of EVE - it would require a survey and/or poll to do that, and chances are you can't get everyone to participate completely. However - I wouldn't be surprised if your not far off - most of the people I know who do not use the forums are perfectly content with the game, that's probably how it is for almost all of the people who don't use the forums. In all seriousness, if they are ****ed about the game, why don't they eventually come to the forums to complain? It's just that some got into a sandbox looking for a theme park and others have a perpetually "half-full" glass which you could never please. If you gave them the "Matrix" they would complain that the dress is too red. If you try to please everyone, you will please no one. Just do what makes sense to you.

They took a major hit in subs too. and thats how the silent majority becomes one. However i do like the changes coming. just wish it had more depth.

The silent ones are probably a minority, the majority is those who sparsely use the forums, the ones who actually are playing EVE instead of yapping their worthless heads off on the forums 24-7. All in all, epically good game, we can't expect perfection, and if it was perfect, we'd have nothing to look forward too. HOWEVER! WHOEVER THOUGHT POS WAS A GOOD IDEA, WELL I HOPE THEY GOT FIRED! OH JESUS IT SUCKS SO BAD! just about my only real gripe. ---

I never really considered them a vocal minority tbh - most alliances aren't IMO. You may have others that have more outspoken members, but I don't think there is any sizable alliances in this entire game that has members that are all completely vocal. It's not often I ever see many CVA posters if you ask me too. I've only ever seen them in RP forums and here because of the recent expansion. As for CVA's existing complaints - they cannot be accused of being nonsensical or flawed. This is creating a problem, that sucks, for them. I don't blame them, they have every right to be upset about that. CCP looking at the issue, and/or trying to fix it isn't going to hurt the game - so this is a valid and competent issue to complain about. It's also been implied most of the vocal minority are idiots and just cry for the sake of crying, even thought heir complaints would really just ruin the game if listened to.
