I would like to see a low SP (Around 1,2m, just starting with minnie cruisers) fitting for either Rupture or Stabber.
For PVP of course.

Stabber:
4x Dual 180mm autocannons
2x Assault Missile Launchers
1x 10mn MWD
1x Web
1x Warp Disruptor
2x Overdrive Injectors
1x Nanofiber Internal
Works well and is insurance fraud cheap.

Stabber is a bit harder to fly as you really can't fight in web range with it. That makes T2 Autos mandatory on it and reasonable navigation skills on top of that.
The rupture is a bit more forgiving. It's fast enough dictate range vs most cruisers (those that can catch it will loose against it anyway) and it can allow itself to be webbed by another cruiser (except maybe vs a Thorax).
Do the same highs and mids as the setup above, but the lows should be a DCU, a 800mm plate and the rest damage/fitting mods.

DCU = damage control unit. It adds resits to shield/armor/structure. Very good module.
For a rupture, try something like this
Hi: 4x d180mm ac's, 2x std launchers
mid: mwd, web, disruptor,
Low: dc, 1600mm plate, 3 gyros
5x ec-300 drones

Why not two energized adaptives instead of the gyros? That's what garmon does anyway.

actually my low slot is what garmon uses. Ecm drones and 1600m plate are your tank. The idea is to gank the crap out of them before they kill you

back when i was new i used to fly about with
biggest ac's that will fit, rockets/standards (whatever fits)
mwd, web, disruptor
1600mm plate, DC, 3 gyros
valks/warriors in bay
though now looking back at it, it may be an improvement to use ecm drones considering everyone seems to fly BC and larger these days (tier 2 BC's killed low sec piracy in crusiers, drake anyone?) also would maybe drop a gyro for a eanm but T1 eanms arent much cop so may as well go for the damage
