tell me why incursus is better, only thing i can come up with is speed :) everything else tristan does better..
Edit : even with bad missile skills

With Frigates V, the Incursus gets a 25% damage bonus and 50% falloff bonus to ALL three of its weapons. The Tristan has the same or similar bonuses (I don't remember exactly) but only two of its four high slots get the benefit from them. Most newer (or even older) Gallente pilots are going to have good hybrid turret skills but mediocre to no missile skills. The Incursus in this case does more damage, is faster, is cheaper and looks ******* badass.

Okay, I will start by saying just no. Theres alot wrong with this setup, and its damage is lacking for a blaster setup.
You dont mix plates and nano fits, why? Because the mass from the plate make the nanofiber just about useless.
So instead use this.
highs:
3x Light Ion Blaster II w/ void or faction antimatter
mids:
1x 1MN MicroWarpdrive II
1x Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I (90% web, needs to be best name for fitting.)
1x Fleeting Progressive Warp Scrambler (Again, best named for fitting purposes.)
Lows: Either
1x Nanofiber Internal Structure II
1x Overdrive Injector System II
or
1x Nanofiber Internal structure II
1x Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
One does 30 more DPS (180) the other is 750m/s faster (3765 m/s)
Drones:
1x Light ECM
If you only use the MWD to travel and when you become a target capacitor isnt a problem, Use the occasional jam cycle as rest time for your MWD as well. This will tear apart most cruisers when used in groups of 2-3+, its the haggle of ECM drones you get going which makes this especially lethal.
