I don't want to flame you, but I don't think you know what you're talking about. Ask around.
1) There are great PvPers everywhere, pirates, alliance's..everywhere. Many pirates are hard core PvPers in the first place..which is why they are pirates in the first place (most PvP you can get in eve is as a pirate)
2) Alliances don't whup on pirates as you seem to think, maybe the pirates in your area but not most. Of course if one side has a 2:1 advantage, they normally win. Is that what you mean?
3) alliances are just short of pirates themselves. They have moved out to an area of space that has the most valuable ore and npcs, and 'claimed' it as their own. They will kill anyone that goes into their 'claimed' space. What do you call that? Carebearing?

no problem with your comment, that wasn't a flame Toaster. Your a pirate who isn't like most of them. I know that for a fact.
but if Ore Thiefs aren't pirates then what are they? They prey on noobs, or at lest those are only people they can really hurt. thats pirating. sealing, randsoming, what ever its nasty and low.
Also Pirates get owned by the regional allainces all the time. You can say I don't know what I'm talking about but..well...I'm right anyways :)
and I'll retract that pirate's aren't know for PvP. what i meant was that they don't get respect and ussually shoot at some defenceless person, whch is lame and not PvP. Not like Burn Eden which does go toe to toe with bigger corps. I got to respect that even if I'm rooting for the other side

If you have any guilt whatsoever don't be a pirate. COme hunt us as the above has suggested. Or if you are going to pirate don't steal ore without taking there ship first.
Even us worst pirates have the decency to do that or miine it ourselves lol maybe not the latter. Although only the good pirates can live without the need to mine. Even most do this with alt or 2nd account to hide the shame  but not myself of course

dude its easy i used to be a miner kinda. one night i hauled for 24 hours for my corp we mined over 100 of ark.
now i kill miners when the chance presents it self.

PIRATES ARE COOL#
-i myself dont class my self as a pirate - pirates were on the sea - where as space travel is attached to the airforce - but i do like to kill and i like to loot - how else can i make 45 mil in 25 seconds - cruise fire cruise kill - lots of loot= lots of cash - as for stealing ore its lame as its not piracey its theaft and thifes should be proscuted - unless done in 0.4 and below then good luck -

ore thieves are just that....ore thieves.
its not true that pirates always shoot some defenceless person, it is a part of pirating, but when they gate camp or ransom ships, sometimes people shoot back. they don't know if the person is defenceless or not.
corps who declare war on other, or bigger corps for a pvp challenge are war mongers. some of these corps are pirates, some are anti-pirate.

Aww i wish i could be a REAL pvp'er like you and your big friends! Now i know why i stay in low sec surrounding empire. It is because i aint a REAL PVP'er like you. I dont run around in big blobs and i dont get on killmails together with 150 other guys. Oh dear how am i missing out..
Really, a bit of my soul dies everytime i see you BIG PVP guys enter the system with your blobs. Mostly because i know how that alliance **** and so called pvp works. Been there done that, but you dont wanna know do you.
You should try engaging a ship solo, with no backup around. No bluelist or intel channel, every person in local is a potential threat. The only thing you got is your ship and your skills.
But i guess its not REAL PVP eh.

You aint a bad pirate pal, your a bad roleplayer. You let YOUR OOC ethics dictate your IC ethics and that's where you went wrong.
The problem comes in whe you deal with non-rpers (which sadly is the majority in any MMO(RP)G. I say net time do it, steal the ore and remind yourself that this is indeed a MMO(RP)G and you're only doing what you should be doing.

just because low sec pirates lose to regional alliances doesn't mean the alliance is better. all that means is that they can field more people in bigger better ships.
like KIA usualy comes to rancer to get The united at least once a week but we are not stupid enough to engage 30+ people in system with only 6-10 of us and when they have their known cyno *****s there aswell.
0.0 isn't "real" pvp it is a slid show and pos killing. the reason i am not in 0.0 is because that type of fighting isn't fun. the last time i was in 0.0 was when i was in C4 fighting with CA agaist everyone.
i personaly find pirating fun. the best part of it is when you kill someone who takes the game WAY to seriously and they go crazy. it is also fun when people brag in local after killing your HAC 4v1 and you killed their drake :P
