This setup is posted all of the bord all that same all full caps all just the setup and My raven was equiped with. now my knowledge aint that great but i surely know that this setup kinda sucks. but is this some sort of joke?

Has to be joke. Rigs + T1 non-named mods?
Also, dual shield / armor tank.
Also, medium booster on cruise raven? Should have at a minimum PG for a large.
Also, 4 LSE's?

You're right, it's just a particularly awful setup. It originated here:

guessed it was a joke. a well with low SP my CNR works better than a normal raven anyway as i can fit a CNR but can't fit a nice raven :D
