As regards Battleships I am not sure of this and had a conversation with your friend Kalek about a apoc lost in kaira to stupidity ie who warps from a gate with sentry guns and CA forces to a planet when the CA fire at you.
He mentioned to me his insurance went weird and his old CEO had recieved a mail from concord saying about the destruction of his ship and he had recieved only 40% of the insurance, he also maintained he paid for platinum insurance also out of his own pocket for the ship and had not recieved the normal amount. He still did recive 40%.
I am not sure if this is the incident you are talking about as regards your apoc soon as you and kalek could access each others accounts I must presume both of the accounts are yours and this is what you mean.
You have lied allready on this forum about what happened your access was removed but yet you could take the minerals from the hanger that your access was removed from.
You lost 2 battleships but got no insurance but you did get insurance you received 40% from the apoc in karia and you have petitioned CCP. Why did you not wait for a answer?
The minerals you stole irrigardless are 80 million more than the cost of the 2 ships because you still recieved 40 million base insurance for each ship.
As regards been ignored on ventrillo and from Black Avatar officers this is absolute bull**** and you know it.
I think soon as all of the corp known as the gentlemens club left Black Avatar on the same day and went to CA corps I can only come to the conclussion that the lot of the gentlemens club joined Black Avatar with the sole purpose of getting the chance to cause this kind of damage.
I think you are a really sad little person who can't put a bit of work into getting what you want and came up with this crap just so you line your own pockets.
I know alot of people in eve might not know me. but I do know alot of people in this game. Alot of them are respected in this game and know me to be a honest person at all times. If XirtamVTOF wishs to contact me in game I will of course talk to him and give him the names of some prominent CA people who will vouch for my honesty. This is only a game and I have no reason to lie about stuff like this. I would hate to see another Corp even one that is a enemy of BA at the best of time's get ripped off by this loser.
My last thing to say is if any other corp is happy to accept you and your friends into there numbers then they are more stupid than I can belive.

Yip Yap Zap = ATUK ,M00 ,EVOl , Collective got powned totally in OSHT today, wtf you yippin about yip yap zap ? maybe you dont keep up with current events in EVE, seeing how you werent there to help, or may i say be podded, because the rest were LOL. total victory for CA against equal numbers, you lost shed loads OF BSs in this fight LOL.
Secondly yip yap zap you never stay on point or topic that the thread was about. The last 3 days your guys have lost so badly its actually funny.

ok I knew this little brag was comming.
over the week you have lost 20x what we have lost in that one battle today. and our actual battleship losses are; ATUK 1 EVOL 2 m0o 0 Stain 6. Dont forget you also lost battleships including illuyen  ( thanks for the F-90 and the gyro II's )
Now what we had here was, 30~ between the SA/Other forces gang and 50+ CA all sat at the gate in OSHT as per usual camping with there drones out. Now we thought we can sit here and wait for them to come, Which obviously is not going to happen, well because CA never attacks unless its 4:1 odds. So thats right the MUCH smaller force decided to jump in, we jumped in and the lag was insane, infact before all of our force had loaded the others had unclocked, leaving us taticaly behind already. after a couple of mins of fighting we realised it was time to re-group we warped out to the d97e gate ( where illyen got ganked ).
Stain was told to leave the gate, but for some unknown reason they decided to stay and said they wasn't leaving the battle 
So that was our WTFPWNING and not really much of a issue. WTFPWNED is when you jump in outnumbered kill 5 battleships and warp out with no losses ? opps didn't that happen to you guys last week.
anyhow what really drives me to post this is, the CA "won" this one battle ( OUT OF A WHOLE WEEK ) and now regain there argogence after a weak of been shafted in the butt. Anyhow back to normal tommrow, CA is only a weekend alliance they have less numbers and just get wtfpwned.

But you fail to mention number of kills, names of pilots killed, numbers of your losses, mention numbers of pilots in the fight, provide screenshots or any facts to back up your post, one could say you were talking out of your butt.

I couldn't even load my screen today in the fight, managed to get one line off in local before that too, broke, and the game closed. Somehow my ship is still here, but to see you brag about winning in an "equal fight" ****es me off.
You ppl sat for 2 and a half hours unwilling to attack us in HED with your superior numbers (don't even *snip* deny it, we had frigate scouts scanning ship types). Then Shrike gave the order to go into 0sht, and I have no clue what happened beyond that. I can only imagine a great deal of the force that went in had the same experience I did and could not do a thing. At least it ran fine on the way to 0sht, and we managed to get a couple guys
We have won every single battle where our screens actually load. Every one.

Ok it saddens me to see Black Avatar being robbed. Me and my corp worked with them in the past (before we changed profession) defending the Bases in Querious.
Black Avatar is a great corp with a great group of people. They have an excelent leader group that goes out and fights with the rest of the bunch. This untop of their VERY busy administrative and political duties. They have worked hard keeping the querious region defended and open to the good people traveling through the region. They have done absolutly nothing to deseve being robbed.
Madcat Defence inc sends its regards. We hope it will not damage your work down there.
Also, kudos to the theif for actually admitting that you did it. Allthough it justifys nothing and all trust is gone, its still a strong thing to do.

Well i have yet to log into the game to find out what has been going on. from the posts so far it seems VOTF has taken care of Shadowstrike and if so then Black Avatar thanks VOTF for there swift response and trust in us to condem this scumbag.
I would like to thank the people woho responed to this thread and listening to us, I would especially like to thank VOTF for taking the time to check our story out and for dealing with this scumbag as he deserves.
Due to the fact not every corporation in eve reads these forums Black Avatar will be keeping a eye on shadowstrike and will be ready to inform the next corp he joins of his previous thieving, be they friends or enimies we dont care we will make sure they know who and what shadowstrike is.

Well we killed Shadowstrike this afternoon, we took a large haul of minerals from the indy he was flying and he was still a member of VotF at the time (although it will take then 24h to kick him if they have given him any permissions) which is why we could shoot him in Empire.
Im sorry this guy robbed you, but at the very least hes lost some of his swag and was podded too.
