Notoriety Alliance is a PVP alliance based in Southern Syndicate. We specialize in small gang/skirmish pvp, roaming ops, etc. Our membership is predominantly US TZ (PST) however we have an active and growing Euro base and a dedicated few aussies as well. Alliance Membership is roughly 2/3 US and 1/3 Euro/Aus. We are interested in recruiting PVP corporations from all time zones.

What We Offer:
approx 1500 kills/month
primarily small gang/skirmish roaming ops, gate camps, mid-sized fleet ops, the occassional pos op, cap/super-cap kill, etc.
Alliance Forums, killboards, and voice comms (Ventrillo)
access to alliance resources such as;
a plethora of targets
0.0 ratting/mining/missions
a large swath of low sec space (if piracy is your thing)
POS/moon mining operations
Empire Logistics (Coming Soon)
Additionally, we are the only resident of Southern Synd with a non-existant blue list, ie we have no blues (other than our alt corps).
Interested corporations should possess most of the following characteristics:
Tight-nit, self sufficient, active PVP force accustomed to working together as a team in a 0.0 environment, or atleast a willingness to die alot in a hilarious fashion in order to learn.
Primarily English speaking corp, which requires voice comms w/ mic
Competent corp leadership, good FCs a plus
Capable of fielding a variety of gang types based on engagement conditions, with solid (T2) fittings, ranging from bs/remote rep heavy gangs, nanophag & counter nanophag, support/ewar, Gank, low sec (sentry fire), etc
competent pvp core capable of solo/small gang kills as well as initiating and leading fights
a desire to pvp every day, a distaste for sovereignty mechanics, and a strong dislike of "Too Many Blues" (tm)
All corporations which join do so as a probationary member for a period of 30 days, so that both parties may evaluate one another. Corporations in their trial period are exempt from alliance requirements (such as taxes) and benefits (such as claiming moons for POSes, pvp payouts, capital ship purchases/replacements, etc)
The alliance utilizes a progressive tax policy which supports our pvp profit sharing program and capital ship programs (purchase/replacement).
Our per member tax rate varies based on your killboard activity (kb score), relative to the alliance's overall activity each month. The maximum tax rate is 10mil ISK (inactive/pure carebear, no kb activity) to over 100mil ISK payout/reimbursement for top scorers. Generally, the top 50 kb scorers pay no taxes or receive a payout.

shameless bump for us Euros waking up.
got to say being out in syndicate for the past 3 months with NOTR has been the most fun our corps had since we were founded, the best aspect being the no blue list so theres always good pew pew no matter when you log on.
and yes we have an excellent ship production program with prices always lower than Jita.

still recruiting pvp corporations from all time zones. Still willing to discuss alliance mergers if appropriate, especially those whose TZ presence would balance and compliment our own. Right now there is nearly an endless sea of small alliances out there, new and old alike, all trying to recruit pvp corps.
