Well put.
I'm as big a carebear as they come in Eve. And I'm not a fan of Nexa's playing style. But 1) she isn't whining. And 2) She has a right to play the game how she pleases (within the rules).

Originally by: Ki An Knowing CCP, there is more to it than money for them. At least there used to be. However, nothing you say in your post refutes my claim that carebears aren't needed except to provide subscription money. Other types of players are needed to keep the game functioning, but carebears are just space fillers.
Ki An,
Not only are your posts incorrect, but they seem to be filled with lots of anger and hate. For starters, Eve wasn't built on your (and your comrades') monthly fees alone. To say you don't need the rest of the playerbase is just very ignorant. You seem to think that mining, missioning, and pretty much anything else that doesn't involve your own play style are sub and inferior to your own style. When the reality is without the true carebears you'd spend more time doing the carebearing stuff than actually pew pewing.
Think about it. If every hardcore PVP'er like yourself depended 100% on your own time to PVE, do you think there'd be minerals, ships, modules in the market in the quantities they existed today? Every PVP'er would build their own stuff for their own needs, meaning more time mining, missioning for isk, salvaging, etc. Your anger and hate is deep, my friend. And you seem to take this game way too seriously for your own health.
