I udnerstand your point, but it doesn't matter that much as the major fighting and were the mechanics matter is in low sec anyway.
But... they won't scramble you and you can run if you need too, I think you can still fight at belts/planets/moons/SS or deadspace and maybe at stations? (Asking cause I haven't visited enemy hisec on SiSi yet at least.) If you kill an enemy will the enemy faction fleet run after you like the Concord now?

One suggestion: Make allied faction blue plz! (ie. Amarr blue to Caldari)

Yes but preventing easy exploits and making life a bit harder for attackers is not a bad thing. otherwise it will get ridiculous how fast systems are contested.

Should not be doable I think. And when you sign up you should get a warning it will lock you out of rival militia stations and to clear your stuff if you have any before joining. Such an action should have consequences.

I think this should have more consequences. Also enemy faction corp stations in own systems and stations not changing hands is a bit silly, but I guess that will be tweaked /added in future updates.
About the camping... it will requiere some organization, like attacking with BS & cleaning the gate and then a smaller force jumping inside the complex, etc. I don't think it's necessarilly bad.

here's to solo player sitting in a mothership at a frigate only complex.
then leave him there, eventually he will die of boredom, there are plenty of objectives. and if you attack in strength, a lot of people will be able to jump the gate anyway.
i don't know if there is dumb enough people to gatecamp a plex waiting for T1 frigates. wait... sure there is lol

Suggestion:
systems should move like a frontline, (attempt to explaine coming):
System A <---> B <---> C <---> D
being <---> connections; ownership:
A caldari - B caldari - C gallente - D gallente
Caldari gang goes from A or B to system D: it can't be contested until system C is captured first. This makes frontline systems hot concentrating the fighting in few systems and not spreading it awhole all lowsec, spreading it. |

Agreed, but spect the 'this is for pvp' crew to say no. I know this is for pvp but if we want to get any RP feeling we need to see more involvement by NPC & why not having npc navies encounters.
