I'm not yet offering this service, but please contact me if you'd be interested.
I will soon be able to offer large quantities of Purgatory Torpedo I, to be picked up in high sec near Jita.
As ships can still carry ammunition in their cargoholds when stored inside the ship maintenance array of a carrier/rorqual, it is possible to haul over 220m units of minerals in one trip in this manner.
On reprocessing, these provides 57.3% trit, 42.2% pye and 0.5% high ends at a 20.8:1 compression ratio. I am looking to sell batches in increments of 30k. With this number, you get the following minerals (assuming a perfect refine):
Tritanium10,770,000
Pyerite7,935,000
Mexallon78,000
Isogen6,000
Nocxium6,000
Zydrine3,000
My asking price is 100m isk per batch of 30k, with discounts for large orders. This compensates for the expense of purchasing the BPOs needed to maufacture the torps (they cost 81m each) and my time spent manufacturing them.
Of course, if you have a dreadnought handy, you can also shoot people with them, but I doubt many people will be able to get through such a massive quantity of ammunition.

You might want to check the next patch notes as I'm sure I read that there is a fix for the ammo/maintainance issue.
I might be wrong though. Check for your self.

I've read the notes, and I'll quote the relevant section for you:

A method existed whereby it was possible to store ships with non-ammunition cargo in a Ship Maintenance Array. This has been fixed and it will no longer be possible to store ships with non-ammunition items in its cargo.
I'm pretty sure that Citadel Torpedoes are still going to be considered a type of ammunition

Revised pricing tiers have been set out, and I've been able to double my production capacity. It should now be possible to have a 10-batch order ready within 48 hours, with slightly longer times for larger orders.

Another customer has expressed an interest, but I'm continuing to look for more.
Mineral prices have risen slightly, so I've had to adjust prices accordingly. People who didn't buy last week missed on savings of 2m per batch.
