AFK cloaking does need to be looked at IMHO.
A POS Mod that takes 1 hr to uncloak any ship cloaked i think would be a good idea.
as then you could only uncloak a ship in a system that you have settled in.

cloakers sat in ur system all day is annoying. How about with sov 3 or 4 u can fit a system cloak blocking device , like a cyno jammer to a pos. Or maybee some kind of Cloak breaking burst mod , just a thought

I absolutely concur.
Now just make cloaked ships unable to use their scanner and we have a deal. If you go into hiding, you won't see what's coming.
This of course means in turn, that you cannot leave cloaked covops in a system to monitor the number of people inside anymore. You can always visually check on one gate though. Which promotes active playing.
No more psychological factor for afkers and no more benefit for inactive scout alts.
