When, don't know, but I guess it's not so hard to make one (perhaps buy it?! who sells?). Camping a gate with it, if you got a new toy would you not get it out to play with? Gate camping in it is not much but getting the feel for warp, turn, jump, etc. is and makes sense using it for silly things or overkill just for that time when it is needed, so you know what - when - how. . Bounty system I need isk! Accepting donations :)

I've never heard of them and considering I used to live up around there I always have a soft spot for Fade/Dek and who owns it now. Anyone in Malice feel like commenting? Malice. began as a simple commitment to responsible, involved and committed PvP leadership which aimed to promote my corporation Altruism. and allow us to claim sovereignty as well as incorporate friends of ours who left TRU to lead their own organizations. This same credo continues to guide our fledging alliance as we move into a more traditional concept of a PvP alliance. Our association with any major alliance, past or present I don't really care to address. Suffice to say, yes we do have supercaps, yes we do have certain personalities who've been involved with major alliances in the past--no, this is not my first or main character in EvE. However, to say Malice. is a reroll is a misconception. The leadership of this alliance has some key players of a former alliance, which was of relative notoriety though nothing news breaking.
